Today I had the pleasure to work with Jazar at the Frisco- location on HWY 380. His customer service was absolutely outstanding, and the accessories I purchased were exactly what I was looking for. He informed me about the bundle deal and I was happy to take full advantage. Jazar also went above and beyond to help me reset me PIN, check the status of another order and lastly he walked me through how to set up my new iPhone 15. I left this store feeling confident about my new purchase. Thank you Jazar for being so welcoming, professional and helpful.

I went into this store today with a simple request, upgrade my Pixel 5 to a Pixel 7 as per the Verizon upgrade offer. It couldn't have been more difficult. The staff is either incompetent or trying to slip extra charges without explaining. For example, after the transaction was complete we noticed a protection plan at $17/mon was added to the account. We never asked for it and it was never explained until I received a text stating that it had been added. Too late, the manager said they couldn't remove it, that I would have to do that online or by phone. The upsell pressure was nonstop: home internet, phone case, a plan to add a tablet or watch. Do not use this Verizon store! My goal in life is to never set foot in another Verizon store.

Excellent customer service! Jacob assisted me with getting my new iPhone and he was quick with setting up a quote as well as staying true to it. It only took about an hour to get the new phone set up. I was very happy with my shopping experience here!

You know I've sworn by Verizon for 14 years always great service anywhere in North America, Japan. Germany and Ireland. Customer service is always been outstanding. But after this visit I'm extremely disappointed. Stuff still ain't right 5 days later.

The reason you go to the store is to get help with a problem you can’t solve yourself. This location couldn’t do it either. They tell you to call other numbers and jump through a bunch of hoops. Nothing can just be easy. I’ll be switching phone carriers because of this experience. It’s a shame giving zero stars isn’t an option

I had an amazing experience yesterday with Blake and Dominique!!!!However, today was a completely different experience. Not only was I accused of theft and greeted with breath blowing and a feeling as if the associate did not want to help me (which was later confirmed), but I also was unaware of the restocking fee yesterday as I was only told I could exchange the watch not that it would cost out another $50. Reese, the associate this post is about, was rude in telling me the fee, then proceed to accuse me of stealing a case when I explicitly told him I was going to try on as the case because the one I purchased did not enough lip to protect my screen, and then continued to not assist me when we both did not know how to get turn my iPhone off the watch before he handed me over to a manager once I asked for one.The manager was great and remedied the “find my iPhone” feature off. While Reese went to help another guest bright eyes and bushy tailed as if because I was an exchange and not a new purchase I wasn’t worth his time.I recommend this location but recommend you utilize anyone but Reese in this location. I’m a District Sales Manager and would never hire an employee who treats customers as Reese treated me. Picture attached.

I absolutely love this location! From the moment I stepped foot into the building, I was greeted in the most genuine way by Dominique. She took the time to empathize with my situation and explained the steps they would do in store to correct the issue while being friendly and personable. She and Tristan tackled the issue quickly and professionally. I will definitely be returning to this location for any future mobile needs!

I don't write many reviews, but my experience at this Verizon store today deserves it. I usually dread having to come into these places to deal with phone issues or make changes. This morning Lee greeted me by opening the door for me, and took great care of me through the entire experience. I needed a new phone and plan, and she did a great job of explaining my options to me. She wasn't pushy and patiently answered all of my questions to help me find the right phone and plan suited for me. Thanks for making this change an easy one for me, Lee!

I cannot say enough good things about the specialist that helped us, Triston. We went in the Monday after Christmas knowing good and well the phone I wanted to walk away was on backorder but Triston was patient with all my questions. He was super informative and because of him I was able to get the phone I wanted at an even better price than I was expecting. If you need a Verizon, go here and request Triston!

You can sit in the parking lot or drive up & down 380 and have zero to one bar of Verizon signal. And with the store's sales team on commission, if you aren't buying anything when you go in the store for help they are rude, unhelpful and tell you to call the 1-800 number. We moved to Prosper in 2013 and we have very poor service with Verizon. And it's not just us, it's the whole area. Our neighborhood Facebook page is full of complaints due to this. Do yourself a favor and bypass Verizon and go straight to T-mobile.

If you are in the North Dallas area and a new or current customer of Verizon you need to go to the store off of 380 and 423 past little elm. Went to the Frisco location and The Colony location as a new customer and almost went back to TMobile which was not much better. The 380 location took care of us from the moment we walked in. The store was staffed, clean and well stocked. The manager helped us very quickly and got everything we needed done in about 20 mins. Great job and great service. This will be the only Verizon store we go to. I've given The Colony location too many shots to fix the same issue I got resolved in 20 mins. Go see the managed Dennis.

Unfortunately we have had to come in a few times for various phone issues and each time we have been greeted and treated as if we were the only customers there, they took their time, really helped guide us and provided preventive ways to combat the issues we faced. Just a specific shout out to Tristan!!!!!!!! He made the experience wonderful, set our minds at ease and provided with proactive approach in case it happened again, also very personable and caring.
