I showed up on a Thursday afternoon and was the only person there i was helped immediately and it took 2 hours to get my phone transferred as well as my line and they couldn’t even do that, they sent me home to do it myself. super understaffed and frustrating. two other customers left after not being helped because their was only one person working.

all i can say is mimi is absolutely incredibly talented!! she not only took time to help set up my phone , she helped me set up
my auto pay and so much more ! if you really want someone dedicated with tons of passion for what she does ! there are not many managers like her ! they usually tell you to call customer service or tell you go back to the store you bought it from ! yes i bought from another store and shame on me , go to local verizon not well anywhere else ! Again there rare and few , talented people that care !! go see MIMI!!

Rayan, was Extremely Professional and Helpful. He came in to grab something on his day off, and stayed 2 hours after the store closed to help us. If you’re looking for anyone in store I’d highly recommend asking for Rayan. He answered all our questions and got us the best deals.
