Great store; got a new IPhone 15 Plus there and love it; only issue was that I got a few items that I really didn’t need when I got home - that happens, I would appreciate more help when I jump a few levels in phones, what other things do I really need?

They used referral code and confirmed that its applied but its not applied on the billing. went to store couple of times for the same issue but not resolved. Manager told that we will resolve it by talking to the concerned team. But he is not answering the call at all. Worst experience

Between visiting this location 3 times in the past week to verify what promotion(s) I qualify for and to make sure my phone was backed up, I was given completely different information from all 3 employees (middle aged black man was the most informative of them all). During my third visit, the sales rep went in circles, was not consistent in the information she shared, and was not listening to my clarifying questions on multiple occasions to the point of 2 other employees intervening throughout the 1 1/2 hour interaction.
While I did upgrade my phone and bought an Ipad, I realized the inconsistency of information shared and went back to the store later that evening to ask about returning the phone and getting my old one back. Upon asking and stating my frustrations, multiple employees slowly started approaching me and before I knew it 5 of the reps had physically asserted themselves into the situation which was extremely uncomfortable. (Keep in mind there was no yelling and I had only been in the store for about 2 minutes throughout this final interaction). They told me I could return the phone but would be without one and asked if I had an old phone to activate which was a useless suggestion on their end. One of the reps even tried to argue me down about what he did and didn't tell me which was well beside the point of your team not being informed about what they are selling and as a result, are all feeding customers different and false information.
Upon notifying who appeared to be the supervisor of the inconsistent communication throughout my visits, he continuously tried to get me to identify a single employee - your whole team should be on the same page when it comes to competency around what you're selling. Additionally, two employees were having a heated debate about issues completely unrelated to work on the FLOOR. Super unprofessional and tacky for a customer to witness all of these events.
I was able to straighten everything out, get the free Ipad I was eligible for, and saved more money on my monthly bill by calling the customer service line and will be returning the Ipad purchased in store by mail.
Take your business elsewhere.

I went in to get an Ipad, I was assisted by Maddie, she was extremely helpful. She took time to explain the differences and help me find my best match. I wasn’t sure I was going to walk out with anything, but thanks to her I did and was very confident in my decision.

I just recently visited this Verizon store in Frisco, TX because my phone wasn’t working properly. I had the pleasure of meeting one of the Reps, Maddie B. She was phenomenal, from the greeting and welcoming spirit at the door to the check out process. The store was packed but she still made sure to take care of everyone of my requests to ensure a great customer service experience. I highly recommend asking for her if you’re ever in need of help from Verizon.
