6/17/2025: I see owner responded to my review. But still there is no confirmation that they will take action against the staff or at least they will educate/train them to not to repeat this in future. This make me think all the -ve reviews are related to staff attitude are true and all the +ve reviews are fake or their internal ones.
6/14/2025:
I went to this store to return my home internet device. They said they don't do it to stores, you need to contact Customer service and blah blah. I said I went to their other store in Irving and they took it and I was out within 5 minutes with a receipt. (Note: Irving store and this store both are corporate stores and not franchisee stores). The person told me "If you show the receipt then I will also do it here". Unfortunately, I kept the old receipt at home so I could not show and these guys did not close the account. The next day I went to the Irving store and was able to return the device and close the account in 5 seconds. I am uploading the receipt also as a Proof to them. This store makes its own rules just to not work and put everything on the customer when you want to close the account. DO NOT BUY ANY SERVICE FROM THIS STORE SPECIALLY VERIZON HOME INTERNET.

It’s almost midnight and I’m coming back to say that I’m still not over how rude the store manager - Chris Lockwood was to me. He also tried to gaslight me when I asked for ‘Jose Gomez from Honduras’ , the employee who helped me at this store a month ago, saying that no such employee existed. Thankfully, the only female associate in the store spoke up, saying she knew who he was. If I didn’t have a video of what happened today, I would have even doubted that it happened. How do you ask a customer who you owe $1277 to leave the store because they are being rude to you?

Went in with a issues porting my phone into Verizon. The lady at the door immediately said I need to call ATT. Absolutely no help. And this was after me telling her how much time we've already spent on the phone with customer service just to get basic service on my phone.

Just came back from Little Elm Verizon! I asked that woman working if she wouldbe the person to help us. She said " do ya see anybody else here" after not able to help us....I asked if she was from Texas.. she paid" born and bred".....I said that's why you're nasty........Texas people are uncouth....never ever will I go back

This review is specifically for Jared who works at this location and tried to hustle my husband. First, my husband went in to get an Apple watch and iPad. Everything seemed to go well, he kept trying to add other items but typical sales, we get it. However, we brought the watch back and realized the band didn't fit. When we went back, and we went back immediately, Jared said we needed to pay $50 for a restocking fee to get a different band size. As someone who was literally there, and bought two high priced items, this seemed really outlandish. So we did not agree and left, with him putting a really bad taste in our mouth on using this store again. Days later, we realized that Jared added multiple services and add ons to our plan without our consent adding almost $100 to our bill monthly! Including an activation fee we paid for IN STORE! We called and got it all straighten up with the customer service line however, this to me was completely slimey and low. If you do decide to go into this store, stay far away from Jared. He will try to rip you off left and right.

Curtis and his dusty skinny jeans were not helpful. Rather than listening to understand and comprehend he pushed just buying a new phone. An unfortunate issue that has happened before was easily fixed at another store. Curtis either didn’t know how to fix the problem and/or wasn’t willing to help. Either way, went to another store and they were able to help and were happy to. If you do have to visit this location good luck! Less than one star for sure.

Such a poor customer experience at this Verizon store. I returned the iPhone for which I was expecting the refund for the tax amount that I paid. These staffs couldn’t refund the money they took from me and the store manager behaves like he doesn’t have any authority. Every time I visit this store, they will simply call the customer service and ask me to wait for at least an hour or more. And after waiting for several hours the phone representative will open a ticket which will be denied after couple of days. These staffs don’t have any intention to help or they never pick up the call. It’s been more than 5 months still i am waiting for my money and stopped going to this store after trying many times without any help. They wasted my time and money.

I didn’t have a good experience at this store. I wanted to upgrade my phone and had some questions regarding billing, I didn’t get an answer for either one. And the rep just texted me a link to go and order the phone. Well not sure why I spent time to drive over there, and wait 20 mins. Seems like others complained about the same person who assisted me today. I’ve seen nice reps at the store in the past tho!

We bought 2 iPhones 15 and a new Apple Watch through Verizon. We just had issues to transfer my phone line to my Apple Watch, came to this store just to ask the reason and the manager said he would charge us $30 to answer. THANKS BUT NO THANKS.
