I read a number of reviews before choosing this particular P.O. Box location. A great deal of those are clearly negative. Plenty have "recurring characters".
And in a short time, I found there is truth to many of them, as dramatic as some of them may sound. Of course, there are reliably good characters, too, but under pressure.
I found that this place has a way of leaving you feeling somehow defeated pretty often, if you need to do business with USPS regularly.
But I can't say it's the people that sour this office; it's their system, culture and order of things. Really, it's USPS.

My mail . Didn’t come . Please definitely fix this . For the mail man / girl to arrive on time . This is most definitely a fix for sure .

Vc is so arrogant … he is so concentrated on sales than doing work .. he also treats customers so arrogant .. make stupid jokes .. I think he is a remark for USPS

Genuinely disgusted! Inside is So dirty, filthy and run down! It resembles the inside of a dumpster! Some of the employees are great (very few of them) and it’s a shame this is the environment they have to work in.

Vic told me I needed to have a hard copy of my lease to do a change of address. I had my ID with my current address on it as my proof of identity. But he would not help me because I didn’t have a copy of my lease. He makes his own rules. If you see Vic working at the front desk don’t waist your time. Just immediately ask for the supervisor/postmaster. It’s ridiculous, Ive had a problem with him before and reported him 3 years ago. Nothing has changed. He is the rudest man walking this earth. He enjoys giving bad customer service and make's it an inconvenience to handle business. Vic has the worst customer service I have ever seen and needs to get terminated immediately.

USPS makes you set up a passport appointment to drop off the forms (apparently for government officials this is such a complex task you need an appointment.) we set up and appointment, arrived, and were then told they don’t actually have appointments on Saturday. Can we please privatize this disaster we call the post office?

People are so arrogant and they don't deserve to be public servants.. they should know how to behave with customers...
May be usps should add an additional training to their employees to teach them how to treat a customer...

Vic sounds like he needs a warning LOL
On another disappointing note... we have been waiting for a important envelope from USPS. We work in a large building that has a mailroom; there are no people in the mail room to sign off on mail that requires a signature, I would say that if you require a signature and you see NO PERSON in the mailroom, then FIND SOMEONE! If your lazy delivery person would have walked down the hall a few more feet, they would have seen the security guard who could have either notified us or signed off on the much needed letter that we have been waiting for! Now we have to try and relocate the letter and more than likely will drive to come and pick it up. This has now become very inconvenient and honestly the lack of service does not surprise me with how employees have been hiring. C'mon USPS! We depend on you and right now WE CAN'T TRUST YOU!

I've seen some bad post offices in my life but this one is hands down the absolute worst! Full of unhappy disgruntled employees that make constant mistakes and don't give a dam. Expect nothing to properly get delivered to your home if it's going through this location.
