Horrible customer service! Untrained employees. Truly are not qualified to work with customer service. Disrespectful. Came in for a pickup from a a notice in the mail and to get more information since it was late, quickly was answered with its not here no more and gave me back the notice without providing any explanation of how or why, and just ignoring my doubts and going straight to the next client, his reason was, he thought our convo was over. Just so unprofessional, they need to reevaluate their employees. They really need to have some ethical training to provide better service to customers. It’s just not that difficult to be kind to people.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I had a package out for delivery that required a signature. Instead of delivering it, they just left a notice. I submitted a redelivery request for the very next day, but the package was never delivered. To make matters worse, they never answer the phone, so there’s no way to get an update or speak to someone directly. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional service.

The most annoying thing about USPS is that we subsidized them. I have never had an interaction at the post office with an employee that was not rude, condescending, completely unhelpful and in any other job would be fired. The fact that you get potentially one notice to pick up your mail, assuming that they're little piece of tape holds it to your door, and then they either throw it away or send it back to ever sent it to you, and you'll never know the truth of what actually happened, and then talk to your like it's your fault. This is one business that needs to just die out. There's a reason everyone hates the post office, the people make it a nightmare.

Most incompetent organization in the nation! First they pushed new constructions towards cluster mailboxes, half a mile away from most home. Then they return the mail because they filled up too quickly with unaddressed junk.

Entrance is on the west end off Coit Rd behind the Kiddie Acadamy building! Staff was very nice! The have the free mailing boxes and envelopes, but the facility is not a full fledged post office.

I think a lot of negative reviews for this location are mistaking the USPS office on “Stonebrook” which is a couple of miles west. In any case I’ve had very friendly and helpful service here. It may take some time for someone to answer the bell but I think it’s just because they are more of a distributing center. I’d be very distracted if I was in the midst of focusing on my work and although hearing the bell may need to complete something before coming up front. Give them a break on that. When they arrive to help the person helping has generally always had a welcoming smile and ready to assist me. Thanks guys & gals. You’re doing a great job!

Customer entrance is through Coit Rd. Google navigation tries to take you through the Rolater Rd entrance.

Post office so far can't find important documents the sent on 4-19-22. They tried to deliver on 4-23-22 but the business was closed, that office has an after hours locked drop box that was not used. USPS stated the package will be delivered the next business day 4-25-22, its 5-3-22 still no delivery, they don't know where the package is at currently!!!
