Every single interaction with US Bioservices over the past 4 months has been disappointing. Today I've spent over 90 minutes on hold, and my wife spent 1 hour on old, trying to refill my child's prescription. A prescription which US BioServices failed to inform us would be expiring. I'll be filing a complaint with my insurance provider.

The wait times to talk to someone has never been under 30 minutes for me. Hire more people, or lose the money you’ll get from people’s insurance going through this service. You’re doing this whole “business” thing wrong and you just just lost mine.

Just received a call from this place out of the blue and my phone battery died. They called back and left a rude voicemail saying that I hung up in their face.When I called back asking why they called the receptionist had no idea and told me to disregard the phone call.Very unprofessional.

I have to jump thru hoops with this place! I initially call to order my refill, and each time I'm told they have to "verify" my benefits, which should (I'm told by their reps) only take a couple hours, and then they'll call me. Well, a couple days will go by and no word from them. I usually have to make several phone calls to them before the med is finally refilled and on its way, and its NEVER here on time. Poor customer service.Addendum: For the third time this year, your customer reps have messed up my injection. It got fixed after my first review, and I had received a message from someone there apologizing. But I had hoped this had been fixed. I need this issue resolved, because once again my meds will be late for my scheduled injection. It shouldn't be this difficult!

No help here. Told me my prescription was ready. When I told them I was unsure of the dosage they told me I couldn't get the drug until my doctor called the pharmacy. My doctor has never called them, he uses the clinics pharmacist to do that. They said that wouldn't work. Being Thanksgiving week there was no way to get my chemo drug. I am now almost a week behind my regimen. Follow up: The Monday following Thanksgiving I called US Bio to find out about my prescription and they said they had it ready and they would send it out, 5 days late. Unbelievable.

My first time using them. Excellent customer service. My first shipment came cold. The Pharmacist spent 30 minutes answering all of my questions.

Horrible experience with this Pharmacy. Customer service reps do not communicate well with you nor your doctor. My insurance switched in 2020 and the only Pharmacy the I can get my allergy shot is from this one. They have made things so complicated, that they caused me to miss my shot 2x (and it's only April). One person calls me to schedule delivery to my doctor on a monday, then another person calls me on Thursday to schedule delivery, and has no idea someone already called me. And during the week no one has called my doctor like they told me they were. This has happened on every month this year so far, except for one. If I would pick another pharmacy if insurance would let me. I have been trying to speak to a supervisor for about a month now, and have been getting the run around from customer service. I have also had the pleasure of speaking to 2 VERY RUDE reps so far.I do not recommend

U.S.BioService needs to train ALL their Reps how to process billing for CCS program & make the process more efficient. Every month I called to place a refill, they almost always have a problem processing the billing. Either they say the insurance declined because too early for refill or need verifications w/Dr's office or renew the prior authorization even though it hasn't expired yet or they didn't have stock. Also, the reps that place the orders can not see what their insurance dept. is doing so they have to email their insurance dept. & wait for a reply before they follow up w/me which is very inefficient. Today, the rep told me that the prior authorization expired on 3/17/2020 even though I have a copy that says it expires 4/17/2020. She put me on hold for 10mins then tells me the insurance dept. is gone for the day & they have it locked so she'll email them to tell them to follow up with me tomorrow. Almost everytime they tell me someone would followup with me, they almost never do or it's 1-2 days later. I would end up calling multiple times several days in a row to U.S. Bio, Dr's office & CCS to followup & make sure they were on top of it. After all that, we finally get our refills sent to us in about 7-10 days & my son sometimes would miss multiple dosages because of the delay. I've even spoken to their supervisor (Tony) in detailed regarding how much trouble it's for me to place my son's order every month but still haven't solve this issue. If I was lucky, they have it in stock & I get a rep that knows how to process the billing for CCS program & our refill gets sent to us within couple of days. I try to call those competent/well-trained reps w/their extension#s but sometimes they're not working that day or are no longer w/the company. If I had another option to place our refill with another company especially if they were local, I would definitely switch. We've been using them since 2013 so lots of headaches, frustrations & time wasted.

VERY VERY RUDE. Vannessa was so rude after she knew that my insurance wont cover them anymore. If you have a choice dont use them at all they lie to you on your face they dont follow up unless you call them they are a mess. You will get you meds messed up. Do yourself a favor and find another pharmacy that cares for you.

Very great pharmacy they have a quick response time and are good about keeping customers updated on what's going on with the medication. The delivery was fast. Very good, friendly customer service and no long waiting time on the phone to speak to someone.

Been using them for over 10 years and the shipments are always on time and the supplies are always in great condition. The packing of the medication is very good, always arrives cold. I highly recommend them!

Incredibly good service. Always on time. Always helpful. Very knowledgeable and courteous. I've dealt with them for over two years and never had a problem. Plus they always go the extra mile to great prescriptions refilled.
