This store has some of the nicest people! I have returned SEVERAL Amazon packages at this location and each person (Madison, Fernando, and Marci) has been eager to help me, while also being very patient with the amount of returns I bring in. Desiree (the store manager) is very personable and TRULY so kind. Shoutout to this team who continues to provide excellent service!

Scam alert! I had an Amazon return labeled “customer packed.” I brought in to store unopened, packed, and sealed. Marci insisted it required a second box, and her manager Desiree who talks like a truck driver, defended the scam her employee tried to play. They both belong at a gas station with their attitudes, not a UPS store. Unfortunately, the franchise operator doesn’t care as almost every review points out how disgusting Marci and Desiree behave. Stop taking your business here. The location on Main is so much nicer

UPS store guy scammed me 3 dollars for printing a shipping label for a return. I have not faced this at any other Fedex or UPS store. Won't return to this store ever.

Like others, the consensus is on Marci. Looking at customers with disdain, being dismissive, and not greeting them pleasantly is not acceptable. If this is something she is uncomfortable with, she should not be in the front, Period. The franchisee needs to get in front of this right away!

The old lady with long brown hair at the front desk would not take my Amazon return because the box was not taped shut. She acted like I was stupid and said its $4.99 for a 12 inch piece if tape if I wanted to buy it from her.

The person at this store, MARCI, is incredibly rude. All the other stores do not charge to drop a pre paid labeled package off. This one does. But on top of that inconvenience she was rude and cold about it. Said “we are franchised”. I know that. I am a franchisee in the customer service business. I would be very unhappy if one of my employees treated customers with this kind of disrespect. This isn’t the first time. She has been rude every time I’ve been in- imposing rules times that no other employee or location does. I won’t say I will never be back because I most likely will but with the enthusiasm of having a tooth pulled without anesthesia.

Worst customer service from Marci.
Just was in to ship an iPad back to a company my husband works for. The worker Marci looked at the iPad and immediately said you need a box for that. I said the company pays for it. She continued to argue with me. I asked if she could please just try. I gave her the company name, and she miss heard me and said sorry, you are wrong. I asked again for her to try and she finally figured out I was right. She didn’t apologize for being rude and wrong. She just said I gave her the wrong company name. This is not my normal UPS. They have the wrong person working up front. I was nothing but nice, but left shaking because I was treated so rudely. They need to train their employees to be more patient and not assume the client is wrong.

Marci, was kind of rude to me when I ask which machine I should insert my card into instead of telling me ma’am this one she start tapping the machine like I’m a dog. she was kind of racist

I was in there today since I had found a website that indicated they did passport photos. A older lady greeted us and say no they did not do it. I just mentioned that I found something on the web that indicated they did. Then this young girl said "Well at participating locations" like I could not read or I was stupid. OMG Needless to say I will not use this location again. Clearly, she does not understand the concept of a customer.

Marci ,the counter person with worse attitude
I sent a package with this store and went back two days later to correct the address since it was Ups mistake.
I walked in at 6:27 p.m three minutes before closing and Marci told me because it is taking time I can't help you. You have to come back tomorrow. I have never had the experience like this.... terrible customer care

I have received such good service mailing packages and returning Amazon items. Employees are kind and helpful.
