I've used this location multiple times this past year since it's so close to Collin College and have received EXCEPTIONAL customer service EVERY time. I spoke with the manager about dropping off a big load to be shredded after dad's passing and during that time, pipes froze, the paper took on the smell, and he even offered to help pick it up. Just the offer meant the world to me after what all had happened. The night I brought it in, he had many customers right before and at closing and took care of all of us. Brad, thank you SO much for your KINDNESS and WONDERFUL customer service which is priceless anymore.

The UPS rep (Brian?) has helped me, twice now, get my very important mail to the proper location in a stress-free and efficient manner. He was extremely helpful!!! This is in stark contrast to a very negative experience I had with FedEx.

I have worked with UPS stores all across different cities from Carrollton/Plano area even all the Frisco locations and then I come to this location and they can't work with me and getting my USPS package delivered just like any other store, very frustrating when there are no signs stating that.

I had the pleasure of receiving exceptional service from Brad at this UPS store today. He went above and beyond to ensure my daughter's project presentation was perfect. Brad's attention to detail and willingness to help were remarkable. He patiently worked with me to achieve the best results, offering valuable suggestions and trying multiple print samples until we were completely satisfied. Brad's professionalism, expertise, and friendly manner made the experience truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this UPS store, and especially if you're lucky enough to have Brad assisting you. The manager is highly opinionated. Can't be putting customers opinions down. At least, be nice about it.
On a different day, Unlike other ups stores, they charge for Amazon returns that need a label printed out.

I'm coming often to ship stuff (or return) and have always been taken care of with great smiles and helpfulness.Using this location for years and have yet to catch any of the gentlemen in a "bad" moodThey are awesome! Every time!

If there was an option for zero stars I would pick that option. "No, we refuse to ship any TVs. That's our policy." UPS site says they do, other stores: "sure, no problem." When it was purchased online: shipped via UPS. Trying to ship from this place in the original packaging: nope, get outta here. Guys was a total jerk about it. Don't go here.

Excellent, efficient service & really nice guys! Charlie, Nathan & Bryan were very helpful & friendly during my recent shipment visit. Enjoyed the “crock pot/appliances” & “baby Adalyn & proud Uncle” chats and for the advice on the Blessings cards.
