Pierce was extremely pleasant and helpful in walking me through my different options for mailing a document and including a labeled return envelope for the recipient to send the document back to me. His guidance helped me mail my document for much less than other quotes I saw for the same estimated delivery. Thanks Pierce!

Went into UPS and Napoleon and Wes had the best customer service you could receive. Me and several more customers was in there and they took care all us with a smile and they didn't fold under pressure. They was answering questions, preparing packages, faxing my papaer work all at the same time. Everyone was happy and no one left unsatisfied. I was eating the candy out the candy jar and they was actually laughing at me. I recommend this UPS to anyone. As many people that was in there and they kept a awesome attitude was amazing to me. Multi tasking was a piece of cake for them. I got so comfortable I said next time I come can y'all have pizza?? Those two guys was Manager/Supervisor ready.

Great Staff, very efficient and great customer service. Kaidan was extremely polite and helpful. I was able to get my package shipped and I felt confident in trusting that she would get my package where it needed to be and on time! I will definitely use this location again for all my shipping needs
