Despite the challenging interest rate environment and a loan with complexities, Lori and her team made this loan process smooth. She was informed about all aspects of the loan process. Lori was great from day one. She reviewed documents very early on and caught something that likely would have prevented us from closing. Her dedication remained above average throughout. Winston did a great job of communication at all times. My questions were typically answered before I even knew to ask them. The home buying process is stressful. Shad Marshall is the absolute best! He worked with us from before even making an offer to after closing. He and Winston never left us guessing what step of the process we were in and made sure everything was in order. I didn't know buying a home in 2023 could be affordable for me, but Shad showed us that it was possible and made the process less anxiety ridden and actually enjoyable. I cannot recommend Shad at UHM enough.
