I really love Unify and have have been a member for about 6 years including in california but are there any plans to open more branches here in Texas i live in the DFW area and the closest branch is about an hour away in Frisco and I live in Mesquite

One might say a credit union is simply a credit union and they are all alike; definitely not true, as I have had several accounts at a variety of them and can honestly say " Unify Credit Union, is definitely the best of the best!"

This credit union came to Dallas only for the Toyota employees. I have been with Unify for over 8 years and I have yet to get any kind of assistance from them. There very stuck up when it comes to assisting customers with support or services. I have applied for multiple services and they all were denied. I have spoken with several high-end staff and they all are aware of each issue I've had with Unify. The Underwriter is denying all applications except for their own people/friends. This is the only credit union I've seen that only assists a handful of customers and those are the exact ones that work for Toyota. I guess Gordon is okay with that as long as it benefits him. So it's time for me to take my banking somewhere else.

Working with Unify is always easy. From the start, they have gone out of their way to deliver excellent customer service. The branch manager is also amazing! Very pleased.

It has become a headache dealing with this credit union. I have been in search of a vehicle which is almost impossible to get a good deal in these times and when I do find a vehicle, no priority of getting the deal done. I’m responded to emails sent in no timely fashion and I always have to reach out to them. Then I received notice of denial saying they can’t verify my income from docs I sent from my employer, how can I fix that and the documents are true? Then last minute, a month after approval, they tell me I have a stipulation of 10% down to complete the process. Major points lost and inquiries on my credit already and I have to move on finding another financial institution. HEADACHE and anxiety dealing with this credit union.

Rethink going to this bank I've been with them for 20 years... Moved to Texas and went to deposit a check and the sales associate in Frisco said it would be available now , then I left the bank and he called me and said come back and sign a piece of paper... Then he told me it would be next week.. A week later I called to check and now they're saying 8 weeks...... I don't know about you but when I get a check I can't wait 2 months to get my money..... Don't deal with this bank it is a complete joke they have no idea what they're doing... The banking associates are completely uneducated and just telling you lies.

I had an amazing experience here at this bank. I was refinancing my car for a lower interest rate and Dustin went above and to help with process. He worked with my busy schedule and I was able to get approved for a really good interest rate and monthly payments. Everyone there was friendly but Dustin again went above and beyond to provide that great customer service!

You have to go through California to get anything done even a phone call. Also penalize their customers for errors on there online issues.

Every time I visit this location it’s never a good experience. I think they only treat me this way because of my skin color or they think I’m poor or something. I’m always forced to come into the location every time I try to use the drive through service and the amount was only $700 dollars and today for $360. Ethan explanation was because of the amounts I had to come inside the branch ....I’m always dressed nice and always speak with a smile but still not good enough. I wonder if Ethan or the other lady that works with them are unhappy with their jobs. I bank with Chase and Bank of Texas and never experienced this type of customer service.

Staff is always polite and a pleasure to work with. Soo happy there is a Unify closer to the FTW/DFW area. 😊😊
