Their in-person customer service is great and the only reason they're getting two stars. Their telephone customer service is terrible and literally told me to go look up stuff about their products on the internet. And their billing is the worse. How is it I went months without getting a bill from them but then got four bills due in the month of July, two of them due on the same day, and all four for the same amount? I know they've blamed this on their billing company in responses to other reviews, but, really, if the company is that bad, it's time to look for another company as this is defeating the point of billing in installments. I'll be switching to another CPAP supply company as soon as I can figure out how much money I even owe them.

I have been using a BiPAP machine since March of this year. I was very anxious about using it but everyone at Ultima Medical Supply has made the process of deciding which mask and how to use it very easy. My latest interaction was with Marlo, and he was great. Very patient, very knowledgeable and very understanding.

This is not my first attempt with CPAP therapy but James and Ultima Medical has made this process and experience much easier and better this time. They continue to check in and listen to my concerns and needs.

If you have been assigned to this company ask please do not go forward with this until you know that once you go with them and you are involved with Medicare you cannot go to another place for 5 years. If your doctor has sent you there I would caution you to check them out or at least talk to another supplier. They do not do what they say and good luck calling I am now into week 2 waiting on a oxygen face mask. You can only leave a message that they do not return a call to. The only thing that seems to work is leaving poor performance reviews. Hiren and Sam tell you what you want to hear over promise and do not deliver. Poorly run and poorly staffed. I have let the Pulmonologist who sent my dad to them know we are unhappy with him sending us here and have let Ultima know they care about volume not quality of customer service. Next time I will be asking about these Medicare assignments to these companies that you get linked with for five years.

Slow to respond to emails or return calls. Eventually - 2 weeks later and after an initial bad review - someone called and said they had the transport chair we ordered.

They keep billing me when I have paid. They appear not to bill for awhile then every 2 weeks. Not professional at all. As to the supplies, they are fine.

The technician was very clear and gave great instructions for the CPAP machine. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.
