Last week, had color with Tweedy who is wonderful.1. Unfortunately, experience in this location has been on 3 separate occasions items being mismarked and then not honored at checkout. Most recently, last week, clearance area clearly had posted sign 90% off yellow ticketed items. At counter, lady rang up full price even after I separated the 8 yellow tickets items that are 90%. She then said, 'oh their full price'. I disputed, she called night Mgr who confirmed 90% off. Night Mgr came to register to ring up and then said some items are 75% off. I reiterated the posted sign, she ignored while finishing up the transaction and said all done. I looked & explained 10% of $15 is $1.50, 10% of $30 would be $3. The Night Mgr didn't seem to understand how to figure a 90% discount. She commented somebody ticketed incorrectly. This is exactly the same scenario of 2 previous visits. I told the register lady to delete all 8 items completely.2. After I inserted my charge card, I asked her if she applied my rewards. She said you must ask for it b/c corporate doesn't allow us to ask you if you want to use your rewards. ALERT: Inform Register Lady you want your rewards applied and confirm the amount. Otherwise, they will not apply it.3. I only come to this location b/c Tweedy in the Hair Salon is excellent. She listens, cares and does her best to ensure you're happy with her services. Thank You Tweedy!

I'm new to makeup and Mary helped me find foundation in my shade. Tragically I dropped and shattered it a few days after purchasing, however, it was fun and now I know my shade ? She also helped me find blush, eyebrow pencils, etc, I felt taken care of . Thsnsks Marie

Shantis was so good with cutting and styling my daughter and her friends hair! They had a great time! She really made them have a great haircut experience! Super friendly and good listener!

Go and check out stylist Shantis… she never rushes a style, is very sweet, and you can tell that she is passionate about her craft when working with ANY client! I left satisfied again..and will return to see her!

Just had an all over color with Shantis. First time here, and it was a great experience. Everyone in the salon was really friendly, Shantis gave me the exact color I wanted and recommended some new products I was looking to try.

Went in today. No one greeted me when I walked in. No one asked me if I needed help. I did have a sales associate (or manager?) following me. It was super uncomfortable and obvious. I got what I needed and nothing more. Uncomfortable experience. I’ll just order online or go to Sephora.

I saw Shantis in the Salon for a cut, color, and gloss. She listened to exactly what I was looking for and did not let me leave her chair with anything less than what I wanted. She was so patient and very knowledgeable and gave great guidance for my hair goals. Will be back to see her.Two before photos and the rest were after.She really brought my hair back to life

I am very well pleased with Shantis services. She does very good ear piercings as well. Thanks Shantis you did not disappoint me

The girl bri / bre was very rude. She wasn’t helpful and blew me off. I will not be returning to any Ulta store and will shop at Sephora. She put a bad taste in my mouth in what it means to be helpful. I have reported her to corporate and hope disciplinary actions will be taken to ensure no one else experiences her loathsome attitude.

I will never be returning to this store again. I could not find anyone to help me. The two ladies at the front couldn't be bothered to pause their conversation to assist me. I asked for help with perfume and one of the women asked over the walkie talkie for someone to help " a man" with some perfume. I was born a woman and identify as such. I was also wearing women's clothing. If she was really that confused by my gender she could have said that a customer needs assistance with the perfume. She even hesitated before referring to me as a man so she clearly had time to think about it. Nobody came to help me and the woman she was speaking with walked me over to the perfume and told me I could spray it on a napkin to smell it then left. I couldn't help but notice the same woman that told me to spray the perfume on a napkin was providing amazing customer service to another young man in the store. I wondered why I did not get the same treatment but just decided to leave. I got in line and waited my turn and the same woman that was no help whatsoever with the perfume skipped me in line. When I told her I was next in line she said she was helping the man behind me and that someone else would ring me up. I have worked retailfor years and never has it been acceptable to skip someone in line to ring someone else up that you were helping on the floor. He could have waited for her. If it was about commission she could have told the next cashier she was helping him. I left the store near tears and will never be returning again. When I wrote to corporate to let them know about my experience they basically blew me off.
