Scheduled a (bob) haircut with Tara after receiving a recommendation for her on Facebook. She understood exactly what I wanted, was friendly, and very thorough. My appointment included a wash, FANTASTIC cut, and blow dry for a great price.
I was so happy with my service that I scheduled a color appointment for the very next day. She covered my gray and blended the color beautifully through the length.
This is the best cut and color I have received in years…and for 1/2 the price of other salons. I will MOST DEFINITELY be returning in a few months for a trim and color refresh.

Emily at ULTA showed us so much love and kindness! Our favorite deodorant, “Each & Every,” doesn’t have a special space on the shelf at this location. Emily mentioned that sometimes they have it at this location but wanted to check before she said, “No.” She went out of her way to “check the back”and came back with our favorite scents available! In a world where people are tired, rushed, and overstimulated in the customer care profession, Emily served us with the ULTA’MATE CARE! This location already has 4 stars and clearly, we KNOW WHY! Stop by to see them, and if EMILY IS AROUND, your day is in for a great shopping experience! (Her team came by to see why we were so happy and celebrated EMILY’s great job too!) We work so hard and spending money at a place who is happy to serve us is a win!

I don’t know why ?? I went to ultra to shop best brands for my vacation trip, I asked for recommendations and I was directed to this eyeliner brand , it was the most horrible eyeliner I ever saw, it’s just doesn’t work ! Shame of them to lie so people buy things not working , never ever coming back ! Dishonest employees. I spent 200$ on their recommendations and half of them was not good , the eyeliner was the worst!

great store! I come here regularly and have no problems. I just wish this particular store had sol de Janeiro :( but their reward system is way better than sephora. ULTA on top

Horrible customer service and the shelves were empty. When I expressed my frustration about the store and customer service to the Regional Ops Manager, I was told “sorry” and just fill out the survey after I asked for a phone number/email to further discuss the matter. I would suggest purchasing your desired items directly from the vendor or try Target and Sephora.
