We hired Julie Brush to oversee the demo and renovation of our home. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend hiring Julie Brush with Twin Designs. We have pictures, text messages, drawings, etc. that back up all of the reasons listed below. •Demoed our home without the required permits for our project which resulted in the city shutting down the project •Missed deadlines for 7+ months •Did not show up for countless meetings or virtually any city inspections •Failed to provide legitimate proof of costs or where payments have gone in a timely manner or in an organized format when we have requested them •Damage to our home and belongings •Rarely showed up to supervise any work being completed or upon completion of projects (forcing us to communicate directly with her subcontractors despite our lack of experience) •Did not effectively communicate our visions or requests to subcontractors which resulted in many projects being done incorrectly resulting in increased costs •Hired subcontractors whose work was left incomplete and their work did not pass inspections with the city •Failed to provide correct measurements or quantities for materials that needed to be purchased resulting in cost overruns -Generally poor communication and frequently didn't seem to be an advocate for us or our project There are many more reasons why we cannot recommend Julie Brush, however, these were some of the most important to highlight.

Julie is truly exceptional! She helped us update our home and did an amazing job. She has a keen eye for design, brings great ideas and works with you every step of the project. The contractors she works with are very professional and excellent in their trade. Julie is very patient and has the PERFECT temperament for leading you through what can be a stressful undertaking. Nothing rattles her! THANK YOU Julie and Twin Designs for a beautiful "new" home. If I could give you 10 STARS, I would.

Julie is truly exceptional at her craft. We hired her to do a remodel and could not be happier. She has exceptional taste and design expertise. Her patience is like no other. I would highly recommend Julie and Twin Designs for any design, remodel and/or window treatment project. THANK YOU Julie!
