Walked in here looking for some timberlands and Tristan and R.A were extremely friendly and helpful so much so that I wanted to call it out to the manager. Great customer service and also we were able to find the shoe we needed at a discounted price! Thanks again guys!

My husband and I stumbled upon this store while Christmas shopping this afternoon. WOW! JJ went above and beyond to help my husband find the perfect pair of on clouds, his new favorite! And I just had to get a pair for myself too. Exceptional customer service- shoe shopping made easy! We will definitely be back!

I casually stumbled upon the place while looking for some good quality boots. From the moment I entered the store, Helen made me feel at ease and took the time answer all my questions. She even suggested different boots to try and ensured I was comfortable while trying out different pairs. I was also helped by Zach who educated me on proper leather shows maintenance and care. I extremely impressed by both Helen and Zach. They even polished my shoes and I left the store completely satisfied with my purchase.

Had a terrible experience at the store today. The salesperson rudely insisted that trying on shoes meant we had to buy them. I’ve had great service here before, but this was a disappointing decline in customer care. I would give 0 stars if I would!

We stopped by today and I was blown away. We bought a pair of New Balance and a Hoka's. It was the easiest shoe purchase of my life. Zach has the professionalism of a seasoned business professional. How this guy is not running 20 stores is beyond me. I expect to see him do great things very soon.

Bryantt Hernández made my experience amazing. I went in thinking I wanted one brand and to my surprise I left with a different one because he assured me that it’s not about the brand but the fit of the shoe. Bryantt was extremely attentive, educational, and patient yet swift and efficient. Give him a raise, bonus, promotion whatever you have to do.

Bryant and Helena did an incredible job . When I first walked in they were very welcoming and super friendly. I ended up walking out with three pairs of shoes. They were very helpful and also great to have a conversation with. I really appreciate the excellent customer service today!

Helen was amazing! I went in looking for running shoes and she brought out 8 pairs for me to try on and compare to find the perfect ones!!! I’m obsessed and even matched them with a great insole to fit my arch support! 10/10 would recommend getting your next shoes here especially if you don’t know where to start as a new runner. JJ was also great and assisted with a lot of helpful knowledge.
