Employee not friendly and dismissive.
Went in to buy lottery tickets from machine. Ask for change and woman at main counter (not cashier/checkout) sitting working on paper didn't even look up at me and said I don't have a till yet and we are not even open yet. She said get it from cashier. Cashier said I don't have. Just Fyi it was 756am and doors open. Bit of rude behavior beginning of your day and dismissing customers is good way to lose them. I come in weekly for groceries and lottery tickets. Now I will use other stores. Disappointing

big shout out to Christina Wilson, went out of her way to bag and tidy up these flowers I was getting for my girl. Did it with so much enthusiasm too like she really enjoyed it. I don’t even live around here and I look forward to coming back! Next level service right here ?

Fix your digital coupons, please. I hate having to ask the (friendly) cashier do it manually because I clip the coupon in the website. It's embarrassing! Apparently the app has a qr code im supposed to scan in my wallet? But the website doesnt? Seems like a scam to me.
I dont want to download your stupid app and give you more of my data. I don't have this problem at Kroger.
Get your act together. I'll update my review once this nonsense is resolved.

Beautiful store located in Frisco, Tx.
Newly renovated, with great upgrades throughout the store. Employees are polite and thoughtful, and many are new, and well trained. Floral, Starbucks,and Deli are over the top.

I just went shopping with my sister she going buy wine but a cashier was sooo race I didn’t last shopping there she ask for both of us ID and only my sister and she was going for it and I told I not going to drink I am sick and I come help carry the wine and she no mean way I think you should have people that work in store
