Christine needs a lesson in customer service and accountability. She quite frankly shouldn’t be employed. Not only was she incredibly terse and unprofessional when my RX was dropped off, she somehow managed to lose my prescription. After the one hour promised fill time had passed and then another hour — (she told me it was my responsibility to track in the app, which you can’t track if she doesn’t bother to do her job) I phoned the pharmacist. I spent 15 minutes on hold while he found it under “random papers” and then he had to scramble to get it done before closing.

Waited over 45 minutes for my medication just to get banned at the end of it. After days of being delayed my medication was promised to be ready "the next day" Once I showed up it was, you guessed it, delayed till the next day. At this point I refused to leave until I got my medication. 45 minutes later somehow I got all of my medication. Surprised to see they had it since it had to be picked up the next day? Once I was handed my meds I got banned from picking up my medication at this Tom Thumb, I agreed it wouldn't happen. I wouldn't shop / get your medication here. Especially if you need your medication on time it won't happen

The worst app now. In the past you could make a list and clip coupons and refer to them while in the store. You could even scan items at the store to add the coupon for the item you wanted if you grew weary of looking through all the coupons before going to the store. Now, if you try to look at anything on the app while in the store, it is useless because a message appears that there are network problems. So now I seldom make the effort to go to Tom Thumb because it is so frustrating.

Watch out for their advertised and shelf price compared to what you get charged. I was overcharged .38 (and don't really care) and brought it to the attention of customer service so they could fix. She looked at me like I was crazy and made no effort to reach in the cash drawer and hand me the change. Needless to say, didn't apologize. I wasn't going to spend one second more seeking a refund for the overcharge. The time and effort they go through to make it hard to get your money is not worth it. Who knows how much overcharging goes on without customer knowledge.

?In spite of requesting several times to stock more of Organics Brand 2% Gallon size milk, this store is always out of the milk. Just to buy milk, have to make several trips.

The Tom Thumb Pharmacy in Frisco on 423 is the worst ever. 8 days ago my doctor contacted them for a new 90 day RX. I have been there 3 times to pick it up and am given 3 at a time. 3 trips without anyone calling, emailing or texting me, even though I was promised on Saturday the full RX would be filled today. Make no mistake, they have filed this with my insurance.When I told them that I didn't want to come back again for the 4th time and asked them to deliver, they asked for my credit card to charge me for the delivery. They have 60 of the 90 day RX in stock, but only give me 3n at a time. My prescriptions also cost me a lot more here than my last pharmacy. IF I can ever get this one filled, not only has Tom Thumb lost me as a pharmacy customer, but store customer as well.Goodbye Tom Thumb and HELLO H.E.B! Thankfully they open tomorrow!

Just made my last trip to Tom Thumb. There were so many outages, but that wasn't the tipping point. We've seen that in several stores. We stood at the deli counter for over 5 minutes with nobody willing to help us. If you're busy, acknowledge our presence and ask us to come back in a few minutes. Several people looked us right in the eye and walked past us without a word. Thats not only rude, it gets you a bad review! Market Street isn't much farther away and has much better customer service! With HEB coming in, Tom Thumb could be quickly replaced.

Besides a few times of their system not working correctly and receiving my doctors electronic prescription they usually have everything done in a very timely manner . Although when I first change to go to Tom Thumb pharmacy, they were playing the rx police & because of that I had to go in entire day without my meds .they were thinking I was trying to get double prescriptions at another store(My doctor forgot and sent it to another pharmacy in the area , where I changed from) they could’ve just been honest and I would’ve respected that because there is an issue in the world but harming people who truly have to have their meds daily is really messed up . The new laws hurt the people that actually need rx .I guess They feel that younger people cannot have severe arthritis or RA issues? . They also should understand that young people can be in serious car accidents that causes lifetime issues. Pain can affect young people in many different ways ;) don’t assume!!After it’s established that they know me I don’t have any issues . Now I receive good service And they don’t play that game where they try to forget you have insurance and try to charge you more like Kroger In Little Elm does….

Best pharmacy experience so far.The people that work here are by far the best.All other pharmacies don’t care or too busy and rush off the phone. This place actually cares, and takes the time you need on the phone to help and answer questions. Great customer service!!
