So, I visited this store at around 3pm on 7/7/2024. After shopping for an hour and finally finding something, I noticed the line to pay was snaking around the store. I went up to the front to see that they only had 2 cashiers and the manager and some other associate was organizing clothes behind the two cashiers. The line never moved and people in line say it was taking them over an hour to check out. Other customers also noticed the line and we all just left our intended purchases at the front door and walked out. No one should have to wait that long to pay for an item. TJ Maxx needs to either hire more associates or change the lines so there are lines for purchases and lines for returns. The returns seemed to be the slow up. I will never go back to this store again.

TJ Maxx is a great place to buy brand name items for a fraction of the price. They don't typically have sales or coupons, but their whole business model is based on offering discounts on designer and brand-name merchandise. You can find clothes, shoes, accessories, home goods, and more at TJ Maxx.

The store manager Charlotte M. Is standing at the jewelry counter without anything to do when asked if she would ring up two small cosmetic items she refused, only jewelry over here! Wow! The line is 30 customers deep and a little bit of initiative from the store manager would go a long way in getting people checked out faster.

Busy today. Seems like Christmas as the lines are long. They had what I went in for, though! It was worth standing in lime to save a little over $100 on this one product that I love.

The manager-who was working one of the registers-was pushy and obnoxious, and she refused to use official TJ-Maxx digital receipts because she didn't want to put in the item number manually and instead wanted to use a barcode. She insisted that we provide a driver's license for in-store credit when our return was as per store policy and could be returned using only the receipt. The items we were returning had labels intact as per the policy and we had the E-receipt saved and provided it. While we could have understood if she respectfully declined our return, she made snarky comments and talked with an attitude. It was frankly insulting behavior on her part, which is not expected in customer service.

Worst experience of my life. There was dried period blood in a skort. I informed the lady at the changing room but watched her place the item back with the rest of the clothes. I informed the manager. She says she removed it. Never going back
