So I have spent at lot at Brakes Plus but all the repairs were legitimate. I know auto mechanics so no one could cheat me. This guys are completely honest. Over the years I've had to call a few times to find out if a specialty item was in stock and I've never been treated like a burden. The prices are better than the online store so it's always worth checking to see if they have the item in store. The return policy is consistent across all stores and is appreciated, though the return line here gets pretty long during normal season so be prepared to wait.”
