It was great! We were there for celebrity softball. We loved it. It’s nice and clean. It was easy to get in and out. We were kind of shoved around the least used corner but no complaints. It was updated, clean and the staff were great. It located close to several things within shopping distance.
Rooms: Spacious, clean, safe and always stocked.

Was in a bind for the night and decided to stay at the Westin. Best decision ever!! But only if you get to experience Tori, Ashley, Kevin, and Marcus! They were so professional and comforting in this situation would never pick another hotel after this!
Rooms: Rooms are the best
Safety: So safe
Noteworthy details: Best hotel ever couldn’t ever find anything wrong!

We stayed 2 nights in this lovely hotel. The staff were wonderful and the hotel appeared well maintained. MARCUS, front desk, was wonderful! He was so very welcoming, sweet, professional, friendly, and quite funny. He’s a very sharp dresser, too.?? MARCUS should be training ALL the new front desk staff on how to be a perfect example of excellent customer service!?????
There were only two negative hotel issues; the room (4070) smelled very musty, and the lobby coffee area was horribly loud in the afternoon (4:30 pm) with guests (apparently) for a wedding, and a conference. We wanted to have dinner at the hotel, but did not want to sit at the tables in that area because it literally hurt our ears from all the VERY loud noise (conversations!). Preston, the manager, was so kind to allow us to be seated in the Herd and Hearth dining room. The server did not arrive at 5 PM when they were supposed to be open for dinner so Preston had Jordan, the barista, for the hotel coffee bar, fill in is our server. Even though Jordan wasn’t a restaurant server, she was absolutely delightful; sweet, gracious, attentive, and just plain lovely!? The food was delicious and we soooo enjoyed our lovely dinner… thanks to Preston/manager, Jordan, our Lovely server, and of course, the chef who was cooking that evening.
Rooms: The room was lovely and clean but smelled very musty!

My family stayed recently at the Westin celebrate birthdays. The hotel is beautiful. The food was wonderful. The pool is such a fun poolside to spend the day.
However, it's really the service that shines here. Marcus made us feel so welcomed and he was so helpful. Our servers dining were also attentive and great, Raul helped us at breakfast and I wish I would have gotten our servers name who helped us at lunch and dinner they were also wonderful.
The hotel was surprisingly family friendly too! We're planning on returning again in the future.

The receptionist wrote the wrong room # on the card. When it didn't work, it was reprogrammed to work for the incorrect room written on the card. We walked in on a guest. That tells us the security was horrible because we could have attacked them or vice versa. We had a kid with us. The room was large but empty of furniture. The facilities old and to top it off, we were charged $100 for some unknown reason despite the horrible experience. I would not recommend to anyone!

We recently enjoyed our stay at this resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff was respectful, kind, and incredibly accommodating, making us feel right at home. The rooms and the entire resort were practically spotless, and parking was a breeze. Our room was also in a quiet location, allowing for a peaceful retreat.
I made the most of my time by spending a couple of hours in the pool and jacuzzi each day. It was the perfect opportunity to unwind and simply enjoy the moment. I also took advantage of the Well & Being Spa, where I had the most amazing massage that left me feeling quite rejuvenated.
The gym was spacious and well-equipped - perfect for the Westin brand!. With numerous workout machines, equipment, towels, water bottles, and headphones, it was easy to get in a great workout. I spent a couple hours in the gym and really appreciated how clean everything was.
The Topgolf Swing Suite and access to the Fazio Golf Course at Stonebriar Country Club are available; but I did not take part in either during my stay.
While I wasn't the biggest fan of the dinner menu and food offerings at the resort in terms of taste, there are several restaurants nearby and directly across the street that one can either drive or walk to. Grandscape and Legacy West are also only minutes away via drive.
The highlight of my stay was definitely the live entertainment in the evenings. We were fortunate to catch Tommy LeBoeuf, and he was incredibly talented! His performance made it a night to remember that we all enjoyed. Live music always adds a special touch to any stay.
Overall, this resort is a gem, combining relaxation, entertainment, and great service.

It is not often I take time to write reviews but when I do it is with good reason. Either to critique for improvement or praise for excellence...
Westin Stonebriar, Frisco TX: Absolutely Exceptional!!!
(lengthy but well worthy review below)
This is now officially one of my favorite hotels in the US, and I travel domestic quite a bit so that is saying something. This was my first trip to the Dallas area, for a mix of business and leisure, and every single moment of my visit was perfect. So much so, that I am already planning a return leisure trip before the year is out. The level of service was what I love and expect from the Marriott brand but I have to take a moment to give acknowledgement to a few staff members who were above and beyond...
Marcus - he assisted me at check in, check out and everything in between and was the epitome of attentiveness, professionalism, knowledge (of the hotel and surrounding areas) and pure delightful charisma; highlight of the staff IMO! Roxy and Monica, at Beans & Barrel - amazing service and gave great recommendations! Raul, at Herd & Hearth - perfectly attentive and remembered my coffee & seating preferences after day 1 through checkout!
The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, the room, the grounds and the interior spaces - as pictured and in some cases even better in person. I look forward to getting out on the greens and checking out the spa next visit! The location is excellent as its very near to Legacy Shops and Lone Star...and it sits right on a golf course!
With this praise comes some critique...
The whirlpool/hot tub did not work the entire weekend; the water was cold (at times even colder than the pool). I hope this is fixed by my next return.
There was one staff member I encountered, shortly after arrival, who was not at all at her best that day. Barbara; she was the bartender at the pool on Friday. She did not give any acknowledgment as I walked up, and seemed bothered when I asked for a menu after standing there for several minutes. She complained the entire time she spoke to me, made a very poor Paloma and failed to wash her hands prior to making my drink and touching my lime. Thankfully, I chalked it up to her having a bad day and didn’t let it ruin the wonderful experience I had the entirety of my stay otherwise.

Nice hotel built in a grand way. Good golf course, golf shop in the hotel, restaurants had tasty food. Self parking was right in front of the hotel.

I am currently staying in this hotel and having a worst time at this so called resort . First as soon as we entered the Ac was not working in the lobby. It was so hot in the lobby. Second I woke up at 10 pm with some noise , when I called front desk the lady told me there is some party going on till 11 pm since their bar is open till that time . Its 11.15 pm I called again to ask about the noise then she told me they paid for the party and I m not the only guest staying in the hotel. Its 11.30 pm and still the noise going on and she told me she does not know how long the party will go and noise will continue. Worst experience ever .
