Went to drop off a package. I usually ship between 15-25 boxes a week. I asked for some pouches to put the shipping label in. I asked for about 20, they only offered me 2 . They said it was store policy, Owner called me back and said same thing. I know they do not pay for those pouches and they just need to order them. I do a lot of business with UPS , church, work and we always need their services . I will tell as many people to AVOID this location.If you want to increase new customers and you are a brand new business DO WHATEVER it takes to build a great relationship + reputation. Specially when it not their own money they’re giving away while handing out those pouches , corporate sends them for FREE!! Oh well .. those are the little but costly mistakesnew business make .I will NEVER return there !!!Good luck for the one people that will go there !!

Avoid this location. They lack the common courtesy - I wasn't even greeted when entering the store (all 3 times I had to go for a single transaction). They asked me for a box for my returns while the merchant didn't mention it. They had a lot of empty boxes they were discarding and rather than allowing me to use one of those boxes they referred to a trash can sitting in the parking lot.

Very poor customer service! Guy working at the front was extremely rude to the lady in front trying to drop off items, my husband was appalled. Really disappointing because this location is really convenient for us and we've normally had good experiences.

A brand new store! Made a visit once this week and had no issues. I was able to get my work done very smoothly!The store has ample parking which is shared among other stores in this spot.

Best customer service at a UPS store. I always stop in to do regular Amazon returns or a quick ship. This time I needed a custom package wrapped and packed and it was the smoothest and easiest process. Customer service was excellent and they made sure I understood the whole process as they were going through it. This will be my new UPS store!
