The gal that helped me on Monday was very rude. I was doing a shipment and she was very uninterested in helping me. 2/10 service . This is what I call bad customer service. She was rushing me to pay to clearly get me out and only replied with “ya” to my requests. If this is the standard for customer service they provide I want no part in using ups to mail stuff. She was offensive and rude to say the least. I hope she is held accountable for these actions.

Matt & Joseph went above and beyond anything I expected. My item didnt fit back in the original package, so they made adjustments to make it work. The younger generation these days are lazy and dont care, but these 2 young men went above the call!! Thank you so much 🙏😊

Stopped by today with no packing tape and the guy helped me out with a smile. This is not the case with other UPs stories near Gayes of Prosper. I am going to this one from now on. Hope the store can keep up with the services.

Firstly, it got really easy for me to return, as this is near to my home, second the service are meet above my expectations, the staff is really good, always try to help customers for their need. Sending an item is much easier job for me. I always go their for service i received

The guy working the front is incredibly rude and demeaning. Walked into this location to return a couple of items and print something and was immediately disrespected. The entire interaction was so disrespectful that I cut it short and let him know that I felt uncomfortable. Please spare yourself the disrespect and go to the location 5 mins down the road! Also seems that I am not the only person who has had a similar interaction at this location based on other reviews. Really sad that he has not been held accountable. Avoid this location!!

David the owner was a life saver for me today!! I have never left a review for UPS but truly David was so helpful, understanding, thoughtful. He printed couple of brochures for me and without even asking him he folded 30 of them because I was in a rush!! He truly care about the customer and I won’t go to any other UPS other than this location!

What can I say!! This store and manager were a life saver. I came in with a huge challenge due to the storms in FL and needing 10 presentations reprinted and binding done. It was 15 mins to close and they didn’t bat an eye, they jumped in to help me out. Offered me advice on how to make them look great vs just having them. I honestly wanted to cry! They were so nice and friendly and were there to make sure that the work they did was great! Thank you! Thank you!! Amazing customer service going above and beyond.

Went to drop off a package. I usually ship between 15-25 boxes a week. I asked for some pouches to put the shipping label in. I asked for about 20, they only offered me 2 . They said it was store policy, Owner called me back and said same thing. I know they do not pay for those pouches and they just need to order them. I do a lot of business with UPS , church, work and we always need their services . I will tell as many people to AVOID this location.If you want to increase new customers and you are a brand new business DO WHATEVER it takes to build a great relationship + reputation. Specially when it not their own money they’re giving away while handing out those pouches , corporate sends them for FREE!! Oh well .. those are the little but costly mistakesnew business make .I will NEVER return there !!!Good luck for the one people that will go there !!
