We can't say enough about Goddard School West Frisco! We love the programs, teachers, admin staff, and our kids love going there. The community events are great, the monthly parent's nights out are enjoyed by us and our kids, and the entire staff truly care about the well being of all the kids on an individual level. Highly recommend to anyone needing fantastic child care.

We have absolutely loved our experience at The Goddard School of Frisco. The only reason we are no longer apart of this family is because my child has now gone off to kindergarten. She was more than kinder ready when we left. We cannot thank The Goddard School of Frisco enough for everything they have done for our family. The staff is amazing and we will miss them tremendously

Not a good experience once they had my money! Felt completely scammed!I started conversations with the school in October 2022. My family and I were moving from out of state and were looking for a preschool for my child to attend once we got to Texas. I did a virtual tour with the school and was told that they would likely have room for my child to start attending once we arrived in December. I received lots of communication and follow ups from the school thereafter. We came into town to visit in November 2022 and did an in person tour. We were pleased with the school and asked again if they would have an opening in December. The Director spoke with me again, and told me with enthusiasm that she was pretty confident that there would be an opening in December once we arrived in Texas; she encouraged me to join the waitlist and pay the deposit/registration fee. I paid the $200 fee and was told I was number one on the waitlist for December. I did not receive much communication after that.Once my family and I relocated to Texas in early December 2022, I called the school to let them know we were ready to start. The Director said there wasn’t an opening just yet but to call back in a week. I called back the next week and was informed there were still no openings and that I would need to wait for an opening possibly in February 2023. I asked what happened to the opening in December and they said it just had not become available as anticipated. I reiterated to them that I was counting on childcare once we arrived in December, and based on their word that they were pretty confident they would have availability, I paid the registration fee. I then asked for my registration fee to be refunded and was told that it was nonrefundable, even after the Director admitted to being wrong in expressing her confidence in an opening.I understood that there was never a 100% guarantee that we would receive a spot right away just by paying for registration; however, I did base my decision off of their optimism and confidence that there would be an opening in December. I have since placed my child at another school, which we are very happy with but unfortunately spent way more money in school registrations than I anticipated due to the Goddard school and how they handled the situation. For that reason I would not recommend giving the school any money until an opening is 100% available for your child.

Constant communication, everyone knew my kids after only a few weeks, everyone is friendly, and my kids don't cry when I drop them off!
The curriculum is amazing, too. We get pictures of the boys every day and we can see the curiosity in their faces as they learn something new literally every day. I have a teenager too. So she's been in several daycares/schools in several states, and the boys have been to one other. I can honestly say Goddard is the best of all of them.

We had our child go here but after a few month decided to take him out. 1) teacher turnover- 3 different teachers in 3 months. It was disappointing as he said he liked ones that left. 2) almost daily Covid cases in January. Not pointing fingers but that was just the facts. We didn’t feel safe having our son attend anymore. 3) 27 kids to a class. This may be due to staff shortages but why take and accept so many kids in 1 class? Where do you draw the line? Lastly, but not a main reason but they hiked the tuition to $1320 in January. So after all of this, poor staffing, too many kids in a class and you increase tuition and not providing an adequate environment for what I feel is safe- we left this school.

Love the visibility of activities and daily photos. Teachers are really great and show so much love and care to our children. I feel good about dropping my daughter off each day because I know she’s in good care and is happier because she goes to school each day

We recently had to relocate from Texas and sadly had to take our son out of this school. Please hear me when I say, placing your child in the care of these wonderful people will be the best decision you ever make. It is worth every penny! They care so much about the whole child emotionally and and academically. The school is very clean and safe. The office staff is incredibly communicative and always have positive attitudes. I have no doubt that this school will have a lasting and positive impact on my kiddo. 20/10 would recommend!

Everyone here was extremely friendly! The director of education really loves her job and you can tell that she cares about what the kids are learning in the classroom. The owner stopped by and he was very nice. It immediately felt welcoming like a family. They have catered meals and it's very expensive, not your typical school lunch. We decided on another school but solely because of price vs budget. This was a great school and I'd recommend it to anyone!

We love the care and attention that goes into the development of curriculum as well as the operations of the school. It’s clear that a population of very knowledgeable, caring, and skilled teachers has been curated. All the staff are open, receptive, and focused on the care and safety of the children first and foremost. We are so pleased that there is a high level of diversity and that the environment is inclusive. In addition, the school fully embraces philanthropism and has integrated themselves firmly in the community.

We adore Goddard School of Frisco! During the pandemic, a trying time for all parents, kids, staff, and businesses. Goddard has gone above and beyond to not only support all parents, but most importantly prioritize the necessary precautions to make sure that our babies, kids, teachers, and all staff are safe! At pickups & drop offs the entire staff of Goddard has maintained a positive attitude and helped our little one in & out of the car into a safe environment with a smile on their faces. The teachers & staff have been in touch with us virtually, when in doubt-they have taken the time out to talk to parents, patiently listened and addressed any doubts/clarifications & needs of parents. Most importantly our daughter loves going to Goddard & looks forward to seeing her friends! We are very happy our little one is part of your school-we have seen the little mind grow tremendously from the day we enrolled her. Thank you for everything that you do!

I am so happy to find this school after I moved from another state. I have 5 year old girl and 1 year old son and both of them loved to go to school everyday. Not only the teachers but owners and other staffs are very kind and always have good smiling. They know all kids name even though they teach different class room. The curriculum here is also good and so organized. I highly recommend and I would love to send my two kids before they go to kindergarten.
