Walking in I felt very overwhelmed because I was trying to get into going to the gym and this is the first gym I tried but it all quickly went away once I spoke with an associate by the name of Bani. She gave me a thorough walk through of the place and reassured me, making me feel very comfortable in the gym, and was overall incredibly helpful. I will definitely be coming back this week to purchase a membership thanks to her.

My experience with TFF so far has been great!! I signed up for personal training to help regain my strength from a medical illness. My trainer Omega Mejia did an excellent assessment on my health and created a plan for my needs. After 6 weeks I am doing things that I never thought I'd be able to do again. She is attentive and super supportive. The entire staff has cheered me on in my fitness journey and I love this team. The gym is clean and not super crowded and machines are always available. 5 stars!!

Was a member for 8 years. Signed up my brother and my mother. Cancelled my membership on January 1st and they still charged me until March. Do not join this gym.

I guess I came on a day where the kids club was closed. but I just so happen to bring a friend who wanted to try out the gym with me that day and possibly sign up however, the young blonde girl at the front was very rude to me telling me I'm not allowed on the floor with my child and I told her no worries we are just gonna go to the bathroom. I was just gonna stretch today for my workout anyways but with the kids club being closed, we'll just go to the bathroom my friend will get a little tour of the gym and will come back another day. well, she proceeded to whisper to another male employee, and then he proceeded to walk over to me as I was on my way to look for the restroom because it was my first time at this location, he proceeds to yell across the entire gym "you are not allowed to have your baby in the workout area ma'am" after I clearly had already asked where the bathroom was he did not point me in the right direction. He just yelled and told me basically to leave the gym and I told him I am looking for the restroom instead of helping me find the restroom he started, humiliating me and embarrassing me with my child in my arms on my child's birthday. Not only am I a member but there's nothing wrong with me using the bathroom with my child even if the kids club was closed that day. So then I got a little bit upset and told him why don't you please direct me in the location of the bathroom so that I'm not standing with my child in the middle of the gym getting yelled at by you and he got backed up by a very Abrasive confrontational African-American male who got in my face with my child in my arms, and proceeded to tell me to stop walking to the bathroom, that this was his club, and I can leave. He harassed me even worse than the first employee and he did it in my face. Was basically cornering me and I told him you're making me very uncomfortable stopping me from using the restroom and he told me he doesn't care that this is his club that I can go to the bathroom somewhere else and he did this with my baby in my hands and my little toddler was confused on what was going on because it was also my son's birthday like I mentioned.

Honestly I would not even give them 1 star if the system would let me. This facility is beyond a business that should be providing service to people. I have been in the fitness industry for 30 years and have seen so many red flags! First of all I am certified in 7 Les Mills programs and if your facility is not paying a license fee to Les Mills, you can't teach any of their programming. This facility does not pay into Les Mills but yet there is an instructor that teaches a class called strength and it's nothing but Body Pump tracks! Trust me I knew the tracks better than the instructor! Strike 1! Also I have worked in many gyms across Texas and this was the dirtiest facility I have ever seen. All the employees gather around the back desk when they should be at the front desk greeting and checking in employees and cleaning equipment. The wipes are ALWAYS out in the group ex room. Strike 2! Now I get the policy of the cancellation fee 30 days in advance. However my husband put his training fee on hold for 6 months. After the 6 months the charge showed up in our account. So he immediately called and cancelled and was told to go in person. He did go in person and cancel but yet today the training charge came out AGAIN so my husband went down to the gym. Long story short the rudest most unprofessional employee named Gerrill or Gerold talked with my husband and we got no where. He would not share the address of the corporate office. So we are out another 296.00 for training that was cancelled in a timely manner. Strike 3! I have already contacted Better Business Bureau so maybe this will help others out when choosing a gym to join. My advise do not join the gyms that are dirt cheap. It will bite you in the rear! Please TFF get it together, clean your gym, teach only programming you are licensed for, hire professional employees that know how to clean and greet, and make sure they know how to explain cancellation policies and most definitely send Gerrill to a customer service class.

A lot of the reviews on here are too harsh. Overall a great gym for anyone looking to get in shape or partake in group classes. The gym never gets very packed compared to other gyms in the area and is very affordable. I've never had any issues with false payments at this facility and the management and staff have never been anything but friendly.

A lot of people on here are very harsh about this facility, the staff always greet you with a smile, it's an affordable place for the whole family to workout too.

Under the new management, the gym is looking a lot better! Staff are nice and I enjoy coming here again! Sam at the front desk is also real helpful with anything you need!

This club doesn’t get the credit it deserves. The staff does their best on their end, the gym is cleaner than most gyms, and the members are all friendly.

The locations vary greatly! At the McKinney location the women’s bathroom is frequently completely out of toilet paper. When they do have it, it’s not put on the roll. The workout class area always has hair on the floor. I can understand some hair at the end of the day, but not balls of hair morning after morning of the first class that day. The only reason it’s more than 1 star because the workout class instructors are top notch! The instructors deserve a 5 star rating. It’s just a shame that the facility isn’t maintained.

Horrible management. Since Sydney left, the new managements have been nothing but careless and horrible and always turning a blind eye to member request and complaints. I will give two examples:1. For the last 3 months, many members have been complaining about the lack of hot water and very scarce water pressure in the showers (men's restroom). But the management has given a blind eye. They deny and say everything is perfect. It is only causing them loss and wastage of water, as I see people running the shower for 10-15 min in vacant shower cubicles waiting for the hot water to start. This is not only a waste of time but also precious water. I hope they fix it soon.2. Every few days you will see the cushion of training machines ripped and then they conveniently place a card for next 2-3 weeks 'Out of Order'. Why have cheap cushion padding and cover in the first place? Earlier there used to be a cleaner, but since last 2 years, I do not see a cleaner every in the gym or the restrooms. They stink real bad and you can see dust bunnies and stains all around the place. Disgusting !!

Please stay away. We spent 400$ a month for trainer services. We have been in reschedule horror. They don’t have enough trainers to keep your schedule.Greg is great but Gerald is a nightmare and rude. We won’t be renewing

*** Update 9/24/2023. Gym smells like sewer for the past 2 months. Horrible smell. I mentioned it to the employee a month ago and they agree. Is this going to be fixed? Are you going to enforce wearing a mask during this pandemic? 30% of the clients are not wearing masks. Walking around like everything is normal.Anyone who is not willing to wear a mask does not belong in the gym.
