There’s customer service, and then there’s Kelvin. He not only educated me and my wife about what it takes for good sleep, he was more concerned with helping us than selling to us. And the man can dress!

Kelvin, the store Manager was very helpful and knowledgeable about the specific pillow I was looking to purchase. He was friendly & took time to answer all my questions, thanks for all your help, it was greatly appreciated!!

Robert did a fantastic job of directing us to the bed right for us. He was very knowledgable of the products. We liked the dividers between the beds, which provides privacy when testing out a bed.
