We were referred to Karrie Lewis at Tax Time two years ago and they did not disappoint. Karrie and the team made us feel very welcome! They are a family business like us so that is a big plus! You really don’t find that now a days. We have been so pleased and impressed with their professionalism and knowledge, they are simply good at what they do.
Karrie is patient, detailed, kind, personable and hardworking.They really go above and beyond. I really appreciate all of the help and genuine care they have given us. I'm happy to continue my relationship with them in the future and recommend them to our friends and family.

It’s my first time to have my taxes done there. They were great! Karrie did an awesome job! Very welcoming very knowledgeable. It’s the best experience I’ve had and doing my taxes. I’m 60 years old if that says anything. I would recommend them to anybody! Call.

If you want to pay someone $600 to do an hours worth of work, then by all means take your taxes there. Red flag when a tax business can't tell you what they charge hourly up front. That means they basically charge you on a % of your refund amount. They took less than an hour to do my taxes. Cheap wine in a plastic cup, 1 hour of time, and $600 later... Learn from my mistake.

So I had unreported income from the sale of a home in looney California from 2020. The notice says I owed 11k. Enter Jamie, a shark, and she spent an hour filling out my tax return. At one point 3 different people were working on my situation making sure all was done right. In the end I only owed 300 bucks.... Way better than 11k!!!!! Tax time was great and I would not go anywhere else. Also ask Jamie about her cute furbabies!!!!!

We have used Tax Time for the last few years and have not had any issues until recently. I’m not exactly sure what’s happened but the level of service and customer service have gone downhill. For the past almost year and a half we have been going back and forth with the IRS regarding 2020 year taxes and have now received new requests for owing more money than what we were originally told by our tax preparer Carly Vavrik-Terral. I’m not exactly sure what we paid Tax Time for if this is the situation we are currently in and continue to see we owe more and more money every time we turn around. If you do not want to find yourself in this same situation I suggest you look elsewhere for Tax preparation services. I do not recommend utilizing Tax Time.

I've used Tax Time for the past 5 years and I'm very happy with everything they do for me and my family. Mike takes the time to explain everything . It's like talking to a family member. Everyone who works there are pretty awesome. Highly recommended.

Jade is the best! Quick, efficient and very knowledgeable. She also has a great personality and memory! 2021 was our 3rd year to use her. My husband is self employed which can make for a very tricky tax filing. She always gets us the most deductions possible. They also let you pay after you get your refund. Office location is great too. Hubby and I usually make a date out of our tax day, going to a near by movie theater and Cheesecake Factory.

First time coming here, Thank you to Karrie Lewis for helping me with my Taxes this year. My Father does my taxes through TurboTax and it looks like I was owning more to the IRA than normal but thanks fully I was set up with a professional Tax person in Karrie to help me out with my situation. The Friendliness and kindness that Karrie and the staff there was great. Ill be back again because of the customer service I got from Karrie and the Staff. Thank you and God Bless.
