T-mobile messed up the creation of my account with several lines. I went into this store to see if I could get some in-person help with activation. They told me that they wanted to charge me $110 to help me solve the issue (3 more activation fees). These guys had no motivation to help me whatsoever unless I intended to give them more money. It's called corporate extortion.

Where do I begin, I have been a Sprint customer since 2008, I have never experienced anything like I did when picking up an online order. When I walk no greet, the woman at the front I tell her I am here for a online pickup she kept saying as she walking to the back full of confusion "Are you here for a replacement, or insurance issue" i said no i am here to pick-up an order I added a line to my account. Then she proceeded to ask the same question as before until another employee took over. Now, I was told they couldn't verify my Sprint account.. which is crazy because how is Sprint now with T-Mobile and all of a sudden my account can't be verified then I was spoken to like I was uneducated on how a verification process work. To top it all of the GM just so happens to walk in he acknowledged his employees as I was standing there the young man who was very sarcastic went over and spoke to him about the situation not only did the GM not acknowledge me or my concerns he walked straight to the back like nothing was going on.. as GM you would think he would have better customer services etiquette then that. I am so disappointed how the situation was handled it could've been handled in an more professional manner. This is the 1st time I've ever considered closing my account 15yrs later smh
