Make sure you know what you're buying from these guys. They lure you in with their "free" stuff, confuse you into thinking it's a good deal, only later the person that sold it to you is gone and you end up having to pay for more than what you expected.

JAMES IS THE MAN!!!! There’s a difference between someone that does a great job and someone that goes way above and beyond, that is James! I don’t think I’ve ever had such a good experience as I did with this T-Mobile and of course, James! We were having a really hard time getting our previous phone company to release one of our phones. I was frustrated and after two weeks into it. I had to take a couple days off to adjust my attitude. Out of nowhere, we got a call from James informing us that within two hours our phone would be turned on. We didn’t ask him to Fix the situation. He saw an issue and took it upon himself to handle it, for us. WOW! Who does that? Now that’s service!Thank you, James!

Out of all the T Mobile stores I have been to this is the worst. Customer service is horrible....on another level horrible. Find a different store DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!

If you need help with your phone or plan go to the T-Mobile at Stonebrook and 423 in Little Elm and ask for Rico! Super nice guy and was so helpful! This is the second time he's helped us out and his level of service was five stars both times!! Thank you, Rico!

We were there for 2 hours. The person we had kept disappearing for long periods of time. After awhile another person worked with us while our original person was still gone. Every time we asked a question we were blown off with a short reply and a wave off. Seemed like they were just there but not interested in being helpful.We were there a week ago and the gentleman that we had was very attentive and stayed with us for the duration of our visit. These other 2?need to take lessons from him

I'm the easiest customer to buy a new phone, if I come in and say I want the s23+ there's a solid buy for a 1k phone you don't even need to ask me questions such as:Why not the s23 ultra?Why not the fold?Why not the flip phone?Why not the s5 pro watch?Why not the line to go with a watch?And responses like"You're killing me bro""Wow ok""For those reasons? Ok" "so what if you did..."No, stop asking me questions and leave me alone, I just need my phone so I can leave.

Terrible experience - Long wait time - waited there for 30 minutes, the 2 sales associates didn't even bother to acknowledge me, they were working with to other customers, but definitely were taking their time, telling stories about younger siblings they had and ...., after 30 min, I asked them how long I still need to stay? and they told me probably another 15 min - If you are the supervisor and reading this, please let your team know if there are customers sitting there, they don't need to chit chat and have so much fun, because there are other people waiting as well. I was there from 3:30 to 4 pm on 6/9 just in case you want to check you camera..... Also, another customer walked in and left after a few minutes, noticing how the staff are taking their time. Called T-mobile customer service and they took care of my question in 5 min, I wish I hadn't wasted my time in that store!!!!

Very slow service. One person was working and two were just standing there off the clock. Very long wait time to get the service. I recommend using the online service...going to the store was not a good experience....

Franchise store so they like to add fees and charge more then the corporate store. I took back my DEFECTIVE phone and they wanted to charge a restock fee ... WHY, it's defective you shouldn't restock it!!!

Called to be Sure the Promo for the iPhone 14Pro is Leget and talked to the rudest T-Mobile employee I’ve ever spoken to who proceeded to tell me you not only pay for a more expensive monthly plan but you must also add another line (which makes No Sense) then they’ll spread out the phone over 24 months ??????? I’m switching providers ?

Dalilah was VERY HELPFUL today, she had alot of patience, and answered all my questions with a great attitude. She deserves to be promoted. I came in today, needing to open a service plan with my own device, I dread going into T-mobile stores because of the bad customer service I've had in the past, but she did her job and did it with a great attitude! Thank you Dalilah!! She has great customer service , and I was out of the store in less than 1 hour!!
