Christian went above and beyond to help me. Extremely helpful and professional. All of the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. This store is an example of what all stores should strive to be.

A 40 dollar restocking fee is silly. After telling me how many people get a rash on their skin. You know this and still charge people a restocking fee. Then tried to hide it and make me seem stupid for thinking I was getting shorted on my money back.

We worked with Christian today and he was very patient and helped our daughters go through the process of buying 2 new phones. We were there for hours and he stuck with us the entire time. This is not the first time that we have worked with Christian. He is always very nice, knowledgeable, and patient when explaining things. We look forward to working with him again in the future!

We’ve always been able to authorize user by phone, not at this store, terrible customer service by Cristian Medina, avoid his bad attitude at all times!!! He is very rude. Asked to talk to a manager and he said they were in a meeting and it was going to take like 20 minutes…..yeah right!!! Complete jerk.

My initial experience was terrible. I was rudely engaged by a customer representative. Her tone, mood, and attitude was very disrespectful. She even made comments such as, “Don’t point your fingers at me.” Which I wasn’t doing and even if I was, it was never intentional. This was administered in a rude, very disrespectful and commanding voice. To make this even worse, she said, “She will not tolerate me with my privilege customer mindset.” Because I request the presence of a manager. I could not believe she said that! I just wanted my screen protector to be replaced. This was a nightmare and to make it worse, my 6 year old son was right there witnessing all of this.Thanks to James the store manager and Scott a store representative for stepping in and showing great professional credibility and customer service. If it was not for these 2 employees, I would not have purchased anything from this store and the ratings would be the lowest. My encounter with the first representative left a very poor impression because no customer deserve such negative attention upon entering a store to conduct business. Especially if that customer was not being aggressive or disrespectful.Again cudos to James and Scott, if not for you both, I would file a report to your cooperate office and a review on the Better Business Bureau. Who you employ to conduct business on your behalf represents you (The Business) and this could have cause more damage to over a 15 years relationship with T-Mobile. With better customer representative, this could have been avoided.

Phone experienced erasure, deleting T-Mobile eSim Card, and all phone data. Called into this location looking for best next steps. Jason deserves some recognition, as he was able to answer my many questions thoroughly and patiently. T-Mobile has a customer service star in their midst!

It has been 3 days since I stopped in. Great team here, I was approached by Devon and he helped me to find out there was one pixel left because I was looking for a replacement. I also purchased the insurance and screen protector for pixel 6a as it is my first time purchasing ins for a phone. He answered all my questions and was very helpful with the process. I was there for less than an hour. Thank y'all!
