Had one of the worst experience at supercuts today. Checked in for Eyebrow waxing at 16710 FM 423 Ste 800 (Frisco, Texas) location. The stylist cut my skin which resulted in bleeding. The most appalling thing is that they blamed me for having a sensitive skin. I am a regular customer of supercuts for more than a decade and never had this experience. I am not going to Supercuts again at least never to this location.
