I try not to be the person that complains a lot, I also tried to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but when I walk around the store for over 15 minutes and can't even get so much is a hello, I have a problem! Funny thing is, we spent around 6K at Sunny land at the other location in Plano three years ago. After the hail storm, I came to this location to buy replacement for all of my damaged Malin Patio furniture and cushions, this means I needed a three pillow couch, two swivel chairs, and four barstools. My patio furniture wasn't cheap when I first bought it, and I was intending to buy comparable furniture on my trip today. The last thing I intend to ever do is wait around while two sales guys chat to spend my money. If you are with a customer, it's as simple as telling me I'll be with you as soon as I get done. If you're not with a customer and won't even make contact eye contact with me, that speaks volumes as well. At one point I was at the back of the store by the sales team members and even sat in a few chairs and checked the prices on a few items just to see if somebody would come by. Not one person said a single word. I stopped for almost a minute and a half, and stared at the two gentlemen, talking, and while their eyes glazed my direction, I got not one word. Perhaps I'm old school, but I've always thought customer service was pretty important, so I'm very surprised to go to a store and not get ANY service after shopping for over 15 minutes. All it takes is a simple "let me know if you have any questions" or "I'll be with you in just a minute sir" to put a customer at ease... ignoring should not be your default.

We can’t say enough about our gorgeous new patio furniture! The quality of the furniture is outstanding and the service at Sunnyland is top notch. Audrey was wonderful through the entire process. She was friendly, helpful and offered design tips as well. We couldn’t be happier!

Repeat customers of the store. Their customer service is absolutely outstanding, and the sales person Robert is outstanding and pays attention to the details. The delivery guys were extremely courteous and very knowledgeable and made sure everything was perfect before they left. Thanks again.

Robert, at the Frisco store was extremely helpful. He was able to get the grill we wanted delivered quickly and price was very competitive. Delivery team was great as well.

After looking at a couple of other outdoor furniture companies in the area, we visited Sunnyland last week. Oh my! It's a beautiful store and it was easy to see and try out some of the most wonderful options I've seen! Prices were comparable with other similar stores (lower on some of the same items), and the customer service was great. Thad graciously offered up some things to consider in making our selection, and we will be back as soon as our project nears completion.

After spending somewhere in the ballpark of $12,000-$15,000, we came back a few months later to purchase a glass enclosure for the fire pit, which was less than $200 at the time. Today, they tried to quote me a 100% markup. They did NOT attempt to call corporate to see if they could make a deal, as it’s the same product with an insane markup. He refused to help out in any way. How is that for customer service, Jim?! Unacceptable way to treat good-paying customers. If you’re looking for outdoor furniture with awesome customer service, where your money and time is valuable, we do NOT recommend Sunnyland.To the gentleman that replied: When I mentioned we thought it was in the $120s, they said it was maybe never that low, but was most likely $199, ….. so ….. that is STILL a 100% markup from my quote today. So, when you say the vendors haven’t had that kind of markup since our purchase date, we can then deduce the markup must start with your company, right?! Also, if Jim had the ability to work out a deal, he did NOT make any effort when I called him out on this discrepancy. We were NOT valued, and we feel silly after spending the amount we did. Not even $50 off. Not even an attempt to make a corporate phone call. Zip.

Just bought a replacement part from Jim. It was reasonably priced and he is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I continue to have a very good experience with Sunnyland. I know prices of all quality outside furniture is high - it is at every store I’ve been to … but they have always done their best for me.

So glad to find this store! They have a good verity of outdoor patio furniture, dozens of beautiful umbrellas, and the most impressive stock of Green Egg smokers, and smoker related products. ?? Jim was very courteous and helpful. I plan on going back this spring and bringing a trailer then.

Large store, attentive staff, excellent selection of outdoor furniture, umbrellas, art, and kitchen/grilling items. We found just what we were looking for and it will be delivered on Monday.

Audrey was super helpful and has great style. Their inventory was fabulous and the quality of furniture was top notch. We went all over dfw and came back here to buy our patio furniture as no one could compete. Very good experience.

Rio and Jerry were polite, professional and very knowledgeable of the delivery, setup and operation of our two rolling umbrellas. In store, Audrey and all of the staff were equally helpful. Anything I wanted to see, the young man would unpack; show me and then repack. We will be back. Blessings...

The showroom was huge and had lots of variety. The salespeople were very helpful and not pushy at all. Delivery people were very polite. The chaise I got is one of the most comfortable pieces of furniture I own, so that's neat too.
