Everything was great! I called the same day and got a move. Even tho they charged me a $131 travel fee. They said that’s the fee to the get the truck from stonebriar to frisco. And when I googled the address this place is literally 7 minutes from me. Secondly I think they are overpriced. I paid $131 on top of $500. $600 almost $700 just to move my things from a apartment to storage. I definitely feel ripped off. It was a automatic 2 hours and then the time ran every 15 minutes.\\n\\nI’ll have to move my things from storage into my new home but I won’t be calling them for $700. ?\\n\\nOn top of that! My big furniture is in the front of the storage so I don’t have any access to my shoes or clothes that are in the back of storage and blocked in by my bed and other huge furniture pieces.

Plenty of parking around our building that does not involve blocking wheelchair ramps and both handicap spots.

The movers dropped my black glass dining table, causing it to shatter. Still wanting to pay, I ran to the ATM and the wife of the owner called me to say that I left! Then I return and the movers were told to drop the remaining items and leave. So we went round and round to identify why they would do this. We then tried to call the owner at *972 number several times but now she didn't answer. They then state that we don't have to pay for the move which was about 150C and then wanted me to provide my receipt, which I couldn't find at the time, to file a claim.For starters, they lack customer service! 2ndly, they did not know who the customer was or what social and network that I am attached to. 3rd, they never even called back after to check on the move, apologize and genuinely offer any concessions or get a timeline for me to submit the receipt of a claim.Overall, this lack true customer service and a genuine care and concern for anyone seeking your services.When the employees realized who we were, they felt even more horrible but we still offered them drinks and chatted with them and tipped them.I would not be referring anyone to this business.Imagine, moving from a high rise condo to a 4500 sq.Foot home, only the arrive on day one without a dining table and you are about to host a dinner and welcome reception for NFL drafts agents and u have no dining table and the moving company didn't care!Priceless.

Absolutely my highest recommendation. They come with the right tools and attitude. Were prompt and were problem solvers when things got tricky making a tight corner.Cannot say enough good things about these folks. 10 out of 10

This is the second time I have used Stonebriar. I will use them a third if needed and have recommended them to friends They were on time and sent more than the guys quoted because I needed more. The price was great as well. Great Job!

They started a little late, but made up for it with their work ethic and caring way they handled all the contents of our home. We worked with 3 top notch men (Alex, Parker and Baron). They never stopped working, even though the temp was reaching toward 115. They brought every piece of furniture in and settled it in the room I designated and even stopped to help me move something. The professional way they went about their job was remarkable. Nothing was damaged...not even a scratch.I would definitely recommend Stonebriar Moving Services.

I cannot express how pleased I was with the service offered by this company. I couldn't be happier, from the initial request and contact with the manager to the completion of the move. My goods were neatly and strategically placed in my new home by movers who were conscientious and quick. And they did it at a very reasonable price. If I ever need a moving company again, this will be the one I contact first, and if you need a mover, call this one first or last, but I guarantee Stonebriar Moving Services will be the one you want to deal with! I don't generally give reviews unless the services are exceptional, but I had to with this one.

When I first used Stonebriar Moving Services in 2015, the couple ran their company with 2 trucks and were not only the owners but the movers. We have never used anyone else! Seven years later, they have grown into a bigger company with multiple moving specialists but the small business family feel has not changed! Highly recommend if you want an efficient, affordable service and someone who handles your belongings with care!

The manager was a pleasure to work with, was extremely open about schedule and issues, and completed the move quickly! Eric and Parker moved my home this week, they were on time, professional, friendly and wrapped up all my furniture and big items. I was making business calls that day and next thing I know they were done super fast excellent job guys! Highly recommended I will for sure use them in the future for all my moves!

This is the first time I’ve used a moving company, and I would 100% recommend Stonebriar Moving services, they were professional, they move everything fast and they took care of all my furniture during the moving process. One of the Leads name Rob had excellent customer service and made sure my household stuff was taking care of. Tyler also took care of me and made sure I was happy with all the process.
