I wish I could give zero stars. I’ve printed here a few times over the past month. The worst customer service I’ve experienced in a while. If you’re printing, don’t expect to get it on time. You will also be met with sighs when asking any sort of question. Not giving another dollar to this company.

Hours are incorrect. Website says open till 9 o’clock on Saturday. Hours on the door say they close at 8 PM. Fix your hours.

As I used the print shop machines, one of the female employees was cursing very loudly. I also asked for assistance scanning a document. A male asked what I needed in a very unfriendly tone and then pointed me to the self serve machines.

Bad Customer Service Staples Frisco
These guys need a better staff. Looks like they are coming to clock in and clock out and get paid. No customer service. Submitted a business card order online and got an email saying pickup before the store closes the next day. Came here to find out the order is not ready and also got an attitude and a complaint that she is behind on 20 orders. All I asked that they should've at least email, text, or a phone call to let me know that the order was not ready, so i am not rushing and driving for 20 minutes to get there for a pickup. I got an attitude like it's my fault to even order. I am done shopping staples.

Don't bother printing any paper documents in color here. The color doesn't come out right and when you try to get help, they are so understaffed the wait just isn't worth it. Waste of time and money, definitely don't recommend.

The staff here are super friendly and well trained. I had a ton of questions about a printer and they took the time to answer all of them without making me feel like a burden. I would recommend going here for office supplies. Thank you

I walked into this location to inquiry about some printing services. Hailey was the employee on duty and was working in the back and just yelled out "I'm not taking anymore orders". Ok that's not why I'm here. I have a question. She was very put out by that and developed a very strong attitude and said "So ask your question" in the rudest most indignant way possible. I just looked at her and was taken off guard. So I just said "Nevermind " I asked her her name and walked out. The art of customer service was surely lost on her. I'm canceling my corporate account and will never step in a Staples again. There are too many other businesses where I don't get treated horribly just showing up at her counter. It was not professional nor was it justified!!

Terrific customer service. Mr. Carlos was tremendously helpful in assisting us with finding the absolute best deal for what we were looking for. He even went above and beyond to help us register our warranty and made sure we had everything we needed. Just a fantastic experience all around.
