“I was met at the door by Steve who explained how they would find my exact foot size using a some cool imaging equipment. He then help find a range of shoes that would fit me perfectly. There was absolutely no sales pressure. I bought a great pair of shoes.”
“I went in to buy my first pair of ski boots. They had a good selection and my size in most of the boots. Damien helped me out and was very knowledgeable and patient with me while I tried and retried several pairs. I ultimately chose the first pair of Solomon's he recommended. He custom heat molded them to me and that really helped make them even more comfortable. They are also mounting my new bindings to my skis as well. Can't wait to try it all out.”
“They are really good at greeting the customer when you walk in, but as far as asking if you need assistance on the sales floor, they could use some work. I spent an hour in the store and not one person asked if I needed help. I kept having to go up front and they would have 4 people standing up there just talking.”

“I am bias but it had everything I wanted. Loved Virginia she was amazing and treated like family. They carries notonly authntic Jersey butthe actual Game jerseys. I kept asking Virginia for a size 48 all they had was 46. She said that was Zack Martin's Jersey. I said I know but I need it in 48. She said that jersey belongs to Zack Martin. I started arguing with her. Like I do not know whose Jersey it is. She said "NO! THAT IS ZACH MARTIN'S ACTUAL JERSEY. ID HE NEEDED A JERSEY THEY WOULD GIVE HIM THIS JERSEY AND HIA SIZE IS 46. " I apologized and felt stupid. I am a big man. Not fat just big and that Jersey was tight. I can only imagine how tight with equipment on. The Pro shop was great.”

“I have worked with Frisco Sports for the last 7 years, as I am a teacher in the FISD school district, and my students design and order a t-shirt each for my program. Their customer service has always been excellent. They have always responded back to emails in a very timely manner, and they have also gotten my order finished in a very timely manner, too. They even rushed an order for me this last time so that my students could get some shirts for when they started going to their internships. Then, Ally personally delivered the shirts at the school, which is on the other side of town, so that some of my students wouldn't have to miss their internships to come to school to pick up the shirts. My students were so thankful, and we were literally giddy with excitement for how cute our t-shirts turned out. Each experience has been wonderful. “I purchased a Stephen curry city edition jersey and after purchasing I found another one at a other store with a size that fit me better so I opted to return the jersey. I went to the store and was greeted with the friendly store manager Tanner. He was very nice and had great customer service. After going home later that day I noticed instead of refunding me they charged me again, so I went back the store the next day and Tanner was on top of it and got it figured out with a great attitude! If a store manager Is able to get a raise, Tanner deserves one! Will definitely be back in the future!”

“Amazing location at the mall the workers are always busy talking about their own stuff and I didn’t get greeted when I was walking in like other shoe stores like champs but overall I give it a four because the staff was nice and one more thing that I got hat that said it was $25 but they charge me$35 for it and I was like why did they charge me for it? They were like oh sorry maybe somebody didn’t change the price for it so I told them I was still going to write a google review. But overall experience was good 4/5 stars”
