I just got ripped off. Charging $43 for a gel manicure. I used to get a powder fill, and decided to give my nails a break. The MALE new owner stated inflation! With tip.. $50 for gel manicure?
Ignorant. There are much better nail salons out there. Don’t waste your time.

Very sweet staff! If I wanted a friend or a kind word vs a fresh mani pedi in a limited kidless amount of time, I'd know where to go... But for the expected service, they were underprepared. Although approx 20 seats, the staff of 4 could not well manage only 5 guests at a time. I commend them for trying... but dread to think what prime time Sat rush would be if service took almost 2.5 hours on a vacant random Thursday. In there defense, there's new management and transition. Just not sure that excuses the sparse gel polish supply or unreliable gel x pro who failed to show for his shift Instead, I became the experiment of a highly determined new guy on his second day at the job. He'd never done my ask before and it was met with inconsistencies, at best. "A" for effort but not full-price worthy work by far. In addition to limited staff, skills, and supply- they lacked sanitation. I had to request new pedicure supplies be used, as that was not their practice. I didn't observe used supplies even soaked clean between clients. I will say eventually, after a couple hours, all customers appeared to leave satisfied. One lady's manicure was the best powder nails I'd EVER seen. If this is your neighborhood spot, in walking distance, and you have time and money to blow, (and aren't a germaphobe) sure stop in. They offer cheap wine while you wait. Once they seem to better settle in, I MAY even return because they had willingness to perform well and potential. Until then, I'll go across the street and see the competition. If they are better in any one mentioned area, this place will easily be a distant (distant, distant) second. I will however roll by to say hi... again, they were nice. Ps, I didn't see prices posted but they were fair. $35 basic pedi. $45 platinum (inc paraffin)

Ive been coming to Spa Nails 7 for about 6 months now! It is THE BEST nail salon I have ever had! So many regulars and they are so fun! They will offer wine and sodas or water. Kathy is the best! She is so awesome! If you like a family vibe, good, REAL people, like to laugh and your nails done fabulously! Plus GRWAT PRICES for this area... this is the spot for you! Kathy and I tried some cowboy nails on me, with stickers! They turned out beautiful but the stickers started to lift day two! I went back and she fixed them for me beautifull! Try them! You'll love them!

Fast and quick service. Friendly and welcoming. First time at this location. They're were on point. Great service, great price, and lots a colors!! I will be back here!! I recommend this business. ALSO, they do lash price is reasonable!! 60.00 for fills pending on the time frame, lash length, and fill.

Kathie is truly amazing. She’s the best of the best. I don’t think I’ll go see anyone else again. She makes any idea or vision for my nail come true. Kathie and her team do an amazing job with my kiddos, young and older. I cannot recommend Spa Nails 7 enough!

Not at all a good experience. The technician was rude and I left with dry feet (so weird right??). Such an odd experience. Go to any of the surrounding nail salons for a decent nail experience.

They told me my nails were done and they looked like this. Do not go here!!! They do an awful job and when you leave your nails look like a kindergartner did them. I now have glue and dip polish all over my nails.

This is the best nail salon I’ve ever had! Love it here! The owners treat all of their customers like family!They have many repeat customers every time I’m there and know all of us by name. (That says alot) I don’t have to request the same tech every visit because they are all great. Best pedicures in town! It’s an added plus that they all speak very good English! No communication problems! My husband is now addicted to peds. If I ever leave Frisco, I will still come to this location!Thanks Kathy for making every visit a good time!Services: Foot massages

Me and my cousin have arrived at this nail salon at 2:10 pm and people came after us and yet they were served before us and every time I asked how much longer they have responded "15 more mins". Keep in mind they started to work on our nails and then LEFT to work on other people's nails. If they were gonna have us wait for more than an hour idk maybe a heads up? but having us sit at our assigned seats and watching people coming in AFTER us and leaving BEFORE us is beyond me. 0/10 lol. don't let the kindness fool you guys, they don't mind keeping y'all waiting :) they started to serve us at 4:50pm.

I really wanted to love this place.. it's 2 minutes from my house so it's super convenient. The first time I went, I had to go back to get my nails fixed (just cleaned up and a top coat) but they looked ok. They did last SO great from the nexgen vs dip, so I went back! This time... I wish I wouldn't have. The lines on the French tip are SO bad - not even... and this nail has a black hair in it that I told him and he did nothing about other than say it was me.... I don't have black or brown hair.. I wouldn't waste your time! Go elsewhere!

Went in for a gel mani & pedi a few days ago. Very disappointed at the service and quality of work. They started my pedi but never asked me what kind of pedi I needed. They just proceeded to give me a very basic pedi yet I had come in ready for a luxurious one. It had been a while. My mani was rushed, cuticles barely done. They did not offer anything to drink at all. The entire service took me about 30-35mins. 4 days later the gel on my nails is already chipping!! They just lost themselves a potential customer.
