Taxes are like speaking a foreign language to me. I am a busy working nurse and a full-time graduate student. Katie goes ABOVE and beyond to make doing my taxes quick and painless. This is my third year using her and I won't be stopping anytime soon! I would highly recommend Katie for all your tax needs. She is professional, quick to respond, and incredibly knowledgeable!

Red Flags Galore! I was looking for a new tax and accounting firm so I decided to look into these guys. Up on reviewing their business I found some red flags and decided not to give them any of my business. 1. Closed on Fridays and sharing offices. This business was closed on a Friday when I went to their office since I was in their building. If you don't have enough work to stay in open on Fridays, something is wrong. May be that's why the hours aren't listed online. Someone was in the office so they opened the door anyway. They told me that they didn't work for the firm and they were sharing the office. Now, someone who shares a tax preparers office is a major no-no. There is a lot of confidential and personal information around. When I reversed searched their address in Google I can find a lot of businesses at the same address mainly counselors are working out of this address. 2. Not accountants or CPAs. These business doesn't seem to employ any accountant or CPAs per their website. They have one person listed as enrolled agent. That's not good enough for my needs. 3. Not enough employees: There only 4 employees listed on their website if you don't count the receptionist or the dog. Same thing with LinkedIn. 4. Holier than thou attitude. My correspondence suggested that there was a fundamental attitude issue with them despite the fact that anyone looking for an established and reputable business would pass on them.

Wonderful staff, great tax knowledge and I appreciate the relationship they build with each family. Not everyones tax situation is the same, but Andrew and Katie go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction is exceeded.

My family and I just recently moved to Frisco and our concern regarding our income tax was that we are from out of state and didn't realize that our out of state income tax and federal income tax could all be handled from the state of Texas, specifically Frisco. We saw an ad in Frisco Style that Solutions Tax and Bookkeeping could not only take care of our Federal income tax but also our Arkansas state income tax. We met with Katy and she answered all of our questions and completed both state and federal income tax with a positive outcome. I highly recommend Solutions Tax and Bookkeeping for all of your tax needs.
