I scheduled my state inspection online, which was very convenient. I waited in the lobby and worked while it was completed.

Solutions Automotive is wonderful. They are all professional and kind. They are honest and break down what needs to be done to the vehicle. When we asked what's a must do and what can wait (due to financial constraints) they were incredibly kind and transparent. We are SO happy with their service and professionalism.

They were incredibly helpful and efficient, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I was able to get my car’s window actuators repaired, have an oil change done, and even complete my state inspection—all in one visit. The convenience of handling everything at once was fantastic.

Had several high value repairs done here across multiple vehicles and I have been so happy with the work done and relationship built with the guys at the frisco location. Great communication, great work, and just good honest dudes. There's only a couple repair shops I'd trust in frisco and Solutions is top of the list.

Joe and his team are incredible people. Being a self employed person myself, I know first hand what it takes to be reliable, maintain good status as a business, and the effort it takes to give quality results. Speedy and timely repairs were made, recommendations were addressed without me feeling bad about it, and again, the quality in the work performed was top notch!
I’ll certainly be using Joe and his team from here on out!

I appreciate the honesty first. After inspection, confirmed that it was a good time to go ahead and sell my car with 150,000 miles on it.
They did not charge me since we decided not to make all the repairs. Now that is what I call going the extra mile.??
