Sleep number sells sheets that are horrible quality. Mind you we only put the sheets from the Sleep Number store on when I wash our good sheets once a week and they only stay on the bed for one night. The fabric balls up and can feel it on our skin preventing us from having a good nights sleep. Save your money as these sheets aren’t even worth $5.00, and most likely cost less than $1.00 to make. You’re better off going to Ross Dress for Less to get sheets. These sheets are going in the trash today.

Be warned, the adjustable bases are NOT REFUNDABLE. And they are MAJORITY of the cost. The sales persons at this location are notorious for tricking you into thinking they are. They will try to get you to rush signing the documents. Don’t fall for it, take it home and review it. An adjustable base isnt worth more than $1000 in today’s market. Sleep number has its employees manning the Reddit page and shoot down people exposing the facts.

The experience was simply fantastic. Our sales representative was highly knowledgeable and very detailed with each type of sleep number product and provided us with the opportunity to try each sleep number. He was very professional. We had a wonderful shopping experience at the Frisco store recently. Hazma greeted us and was definitely very knowledgeable with all the Sleep Number models, but we definitely appreciated how well he matched our sleeping needs to the bed we ended up purchasing. Hazma is a great listener and so very kind and professional. This is my second Sleep Number bed and I don’t see myself ever not having a Sleep Number bed. Wonderfully comfortable beds.

With all the options across various brands and models, the i8 at Sleep Number was a no brainer. Great customer service/sales experience from Hamza. Looking forward to much better sleep in just a few weeks!

Here we goooooooo!!!!!
So I decided to go and look into a sleep system that will help in addressing lower back pain for my wife and shoulder issues for myself. Tara greeted me upon walking in the store and followed up by asking me questions about sleep issues im having.
I was shown where my pressure points were with the 1st bed I was shown and explained how my sleep number was detected. I was then shown the I8 which I felt was better than the 1st bed. Now, there was a pretty significant difference in the feel of each mattress, bit it was explained that the difference was due to the comfort layer. The I8 was my favorite until I was shown the 360 smart bed with climate control and foot warming.
The bed is very high tech allowing you to cool and heat each side of the mattress simultaneously. This is perfect for my wife and I I found it interesting that the bed pulls heat away from your body vs blowing cool air up.
The only thing I would change about my experience was that some of the mattresses had spot on them which looks very unappealing. I kinda didn't want to lay down, but wanted to have the Sleep Number experience.
If you are in need of a new bed, you should check this place out, but make sure you ask for Tara. She will personalize the experience just for you while educating you on the product. Oh and remember you get what you pay for ;-)

Called ahead, great phone mannerism. Came into the store, great walk through and testing of mattresses. Even learned a few things. Cancelled my order at a prior store because I had been lied to by the salesperson and here I was experiencing top tier service… or so I thought. Long story short, I went through a bit of hell trying to order my mattress using a prescription because it’s to be delivered to another state (lesson learned and sharing to all who reads this—probably can’t do it).
Thank God for Micah, the store manager. When I tell you that he made all the hurt and pain go away. A consummate professional during all the calls he had to make on my behalf — some with less than helpful folks on the other end. Micah understands people and service!! He literally salvaged what would have been a 2 ⭐️ review to a 4! If I could give him an award for best customer service of all time, I would! Thank you Micah!!
