I initially took an antique satin dress here for cleaning. Danny, the owner, gave me a comfort level that he would do what he could to take good care of it. The result was far above anything another cleaner would have done. I now drive 50 minutes to this cleaner because the results are so superior. I had a silk jacket that I thought was hopeless turn out fantastic. Danny tailored a dress for my son's wedding, and he knew how to do it to get a great outcome. There are some limits to what a cleaner can do, but I've been to enough of them that I know the results here are superior every time. I'd patronize this place for that alone, but Danny knows my name when I walk in, which is the icing on the cake.

Damaged a sport coat. Blamed customer for not seeing the damage before bringing in to be cleaned. Sport coat was clean of any damages before bringing to signature. The manager refused to admit wrong and/or give a solution to fix issues. The narrative was same all customers are wrong and I am right. DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING EXPENSIVE AND IF YOU DO CHECK IT IMMEDIATELY AFTER PICKING IT UP. I have taken shirts there before but never a sport coat. I am out over $1000 now! Go somewhere else!

LIARS, THIEFS, TERRIBLE SERVICE. Lied about the time we asked them to have the clothed ready, talked back to us with an attitude when it was their mistake. And attempted to charge us twice for something we already paid and tried to play dumb with fake flattery. WORST EXPERIENCE we EVER HAD. These people shouldn’t be in business.

Paid to have a jacket cleaned and a small food stain removed. Got the jacket back. Unlaundered still, we're staying. I use hot soapy water removed it in five minutes. I also turned in 13 shirts to be washed and heavy starched. Half the shirts came back wrinkled, not even ironed, none of them were starched. Turned in 8 pieces of dry cleaning. They still came back with salt stains. I was charged a $133 for nothing. I'll never go back, and I would rate them a minus five if I could.

Owner is very nice and ethical. His not just there for the money but he’s there to take care of his clients and acknowledge their needs. I took a very expensive comforter and right away he told me how I could clean the small spot that was dirty rather than just take it himself and then charge me.Keep up the amazing customer service. I’ll be back for sure!

Friendly owner and my clothes were cleaned as requested. I think the prices are a little high but unsure if its because its Frisco. Definitely would recommend for their professionalism and service.

Ruined an eleventy sport coat. Brought in to get out arm pit stain from sweat. The next time I wear the jacket it has a small tear in arm. I took it back and Immediately owner was defensive and said many customers don't realize damage before they bring in. I am thorough with my clothes! There was zero damage to the jacket before they got their hands on it. 1000 dollar plus sport coat now ruined. Cannot be repaired. Do not take expensive clothing here it will be damaged. Customer is not always right here, the customers is a baffoon that doesn't see obvious tears before they bring to be cleaned.
