“I came in today to get another pair of New Balance shoes. I was quickly greeted by Aaron, who helped me get my foot size fitted for my new shoes. Aaron show me the best selection for my foot size and helped me get in to a pair of shoes that were exactly my shoe size compared to my feet's needs. I appreciate the customer service and the knowledge they have to put you in a perfect pair of shoes.”

“Bernadette is such an amazing salesperson that I am willing to drive 26 miles through tolls and skip multiple DXL stores on the way in order to get A+ service from her and her fellow associates. Also, as a huge added bonus, the Frisco store is large with a big selection. Even if they don't have the desired product and/or size, Bernadette will not hesitate to order the desired product and get it sent to you ASAP. I appreciate her level of customer service that makes you feel welcomed and valued. Which is why it is worth the drive.”

Shout out to the amazing attendant Christian who went above and beyond to ensure that I got exactly what I wanted! Stock wasnt available and bless his heart he called every store available to see if they could find the product. Absolutely top tier!!! “Amazing location at the mall the workers are always busy talking about their own stuff and I didn’t get greeted when I was walking in like other shoe stores like champs but overall I give it a four because the staff was nice and one more thing that I got hat that said it was $25 but they charge me$35 for it and I was like why did they charge me for it? They were like oh sorry maybe somebody didn’t change the price for it so I told them I was still going to write a google review. But overall experience was good 4/5 stars”

“I came with the intention of getting my sister a Christmas gift and was looking around for a shoe she might like. I came across one and before I could turn around to ask for help someone was already scanning the shoe asking me what size I needed. She was very attentive, sweet, and helpful for the short amount of time I was in the store. Alexis went above and beyond as an employee and I will continue shop here”
“I enjoyed my shopping experience with Angelica. She gave me a warm greeting as soon as I arrived into the store and asked me if she could help me find anything I informed her that I know exactly what I was looking for and that I would have to order them online because my shoe size is not carry in store. After letting her know that I was looking for a black stiletto she showed me several different options and styles that I would like, I appreciate her showing me multiple styles instead of just letting me order the shoe that I was looking for. Her manager then stepped in and explained to me a plastic grip that can be placed on the bottom of the shoe to prevent slipping. I would recommend taking a little more detail and care with shipping the shoes as the top of the box was destroyed.”

“From start to finish every single employee in this location helped me. We had a quick turnaround needed and this seems just alone. Took my dress that had many many layers and had it ready for my second fitting the next day. Not that I plan to get married again but it's definitely a place I would recommend anyone going.”
