I wanted to take a minute to recognize the incredible team at the Sherwin-Williams Frisco Store. Thomas and his team went above and beyond to color match a custom stain color I have trying to find for the last 2 years. I have visited a number of other Paint stores closer to me, even though the websites claim they would color match a stain the employees nearly laughed me out of the store when I asked for a color match.If I had walked into the Frisco store Thomas could have turned me away and I would have just assumed that you didn’t offer the service and it would have been less work for him. Thomas and his guys were more than happy to work with me to get the perfect color. This was the first stain project I had attempted and they were incredibly helpful when suggesting the right tools for the job. Although I live about an hour from this location I won’t hesitate to drive to the Frisco location so long as this crew works there. The job is still a work in progress but it is turning out better than I expected and I couldn’t have done it without their help!

Stopped in to get some paint for an upcoming project on kitchen cabinets. Thomas was amazing in helping us get the needed supplies and recommending primer and paint. Thanks Thomas!

I visited Preston rd sherwin Williams store they found exact matching paint my wall paint touch up, my General contractor didn’t leave the sample so I got small piece paint from my wall for matching they gave exact color. Thanku

We stopped by to get some custom paint samples and painting supply today. We were the only customer in the store besides the one the associate was already helping. I got in line with some items behind her but was completely ignored as he continue to talk to the first customer. I stood there for several minutes without any acknowledgement, not even a hello. Then the phone rang and the associate excused himself to go answer the call and proceeded to help the caller( that call came after us). We put all the stuff back and left, will be taking our business elsewhere. Where we won't be ignored!

So disappointed, I went in and bought 4 gallons of paint. Randy suggested I use "Extra White" which is the base color of the paint. I got home, paint had not been stirred or shaken. Never had this happen in any Sherwin Williams store.

When you pull up to the store at 4:05pm on a Sunday, not ever thinking they would close at 4:00…just needing a gallon of Agreeable Grey, and the employee is still helping someone and asks like they don’t even see you, like you are completely invisible. ( I even rolled down my truck window to talk to him as he walked out the last customer, work not even make eye contact) Do you know how much brand loyalty it would bring you if you just act-knowledge that some is there even if you tell them sorry we are closed and I can’t stay 5 mins longer because of XYZ… or imagine if they were like he we closed at 4 but I’m happy to help you get taking care of so you don’t have to drive back tomorrow. They spend 5 mins making a customer super happy and probably get a customer for life. Your Choice

I visit many different Sherwin Williams around the area. This one is so incredibly slow they deserve an award. With 3 customers in the store it took me upwards of 45 mins to get some paint. Employees move slower than sloths. All 4 of them.
