Threading was okay but a bit uneven. I paid with a $20 for the $10 job and asked for some ones back. She eventually gave me $5 back and stopped looking for change. I don’t tip 50% for services but I finally just said that’s fine and left. I will not be back.

Very good and friendly service from Marie. They are changing the seating sheets often and cleaning the room before and after service in the waxing room. It's very hygiene. I was afraid to visit because of their reviews but after getting eye brow waxing, I was very happy and went for full hand and leg waxing. This is an underrated place. Must give it a try.

This place is very unsanitary. I would not recommend this place to anyone, their floors and countertops look like they have not been cleaned since the store opened. When applying powder prior to threading, they use the same cotton ball on every person, that they store in another gross cup with powder. I got my face waxed and they apply aloe vera with their own hands after the service without washing them prior to each customer. When I noticed this, I said can I actually just take it on a tissue but she handed me a crumbled up tissue (don’t know where it came from) and at that point the hands seemed like a better choice.
Ultimately, threading and waxing service is also not the best, and could be greatly improved.
Probably best to just go to another salon if you care about sanitary conditions and want to get the most for your money.

I come to Shanaz Salon for their amazing facials. My skin looks and feels glowy and fantastic especially doing the diamond facial. Mary is warm, engaging, and cares about her customers. I highly recommend!

The eyebrow lady is super nice - very very nice. The lady with crazy makeup and a bit abrupt and in your face/ rude was the reason why I wont return.
