The guys at Caliber Auto Care in Frisco are absolutely fantastic and professional. I had a new niggling problem with my car after a regular oil change at the dealership. My family and I were planning a vacation for a long while and the vibration in the gas pedal and 'roughness' in the gas pedal was a constant irritation. Josh McAdoo was my service advisor and he has gone above and beyond with fixing the problem. Hopefully there are no further complications and we can do our road trip tomorrow morning as planned.I would strongly advise anybody to visit this store for anything to do with auto repair. They are courteous, professional and friendly. That's a hard to find combination these days.

Went for inspection and they are always professional. Didn't care to be told need to change the oil when the window sticker clearly says 2400 miles to oil change.

I take all of my vehicles to this location. It’s easy for any service. They have a great app which makes it easy to review issues and suggestions. Best waiting area I have been in for an auto shop and friendly staff. No pressure approach makes it a nice experience. Highly recommend.

Nice people and place, but be careful of their diagnostics. They were one of three and tried to charge thousands worth of parts and labor the car didn’t need.Update - They did a great job with follow-up to make it right.

Went in for an alignment on my Tundra. Josh was very helpful, both on the phone and once I arrived.The work was done quickly and they took great care of my truck.Once I arrived to pick it up, Josh told me about some options that would save me money down the road and services they offer. Will come back here for my future maintenance and repair needs. Clean bays and quick service.If you have to wait, they have a nice area for both the adults and any kids.

Went in for a quick tire plug. Then i got immediately rejected because they are unable to jack up my car due to side step? Really? It’s oem factory installed side step. Never ever ever had any issue in any shops/dealerships ive been to over the years. Ive had same several same models over the years. For a professional auto care shop this is really unacceptable. Basically didnt want to do it and didnt even try. I told the people that is shocking and quite literally ridiculous and just shrugged

Caliber Auto Care replaced the damaged AC in our car. They were fast, reasonably priced and very friendly. Since we only have 1 car they were able to give us rides to and from the shop which saved us money on Lyft. They also worked with us to lower our out of pocket cost which we appreciated.Service: Auto A/C replacement

I've been going here for oil changes for some years and have added my son's car and will be adding my other son's car. Today was the worse experience I have ever had and because the lady was sooo unprofessional with me and callers, that it made me consider going to another company. I go to 3 locations but if she is there the next time and has the same attitude, I will have to stop going to this location.Service: Oil change

Took my car for an oil change. They suggested a couple of filters to be changed. I had one filter changed and was not pressured to get the other filter changed. The people here are friendly and efficient!

Had a solid experience at this location. Of course, nobody enjoys a trip to the auto shop, and the expenses that come along with it. Today, my manager was Frankie Medina, filling in for the usual manager. He took the time to call me with updates on my repairs, thorough explanations in layperson terms about what exactly was wrong, and he was there with recommendations on what was pressing and what could be delayed. This is my auto shop not just because it is walking distance to my home, but unlike shops I have been to in the past, I don't get the sense they are nitpicking and exaggerating to drive up costs. I would recommend this shop to anyone.
