Brooke was exceptional! I came into the store near closing time and she went above and beyond to help me make a product decision. Customer service severely lacks these days and it’s almost like as consumers, we’re expected to deal with whatever we get. Brooke, I told you personally how thankful I was for your service and wanted to make sure I thanked you publicly. I don’t shop at Sephora much and with that, I needed help on face & hair products. You took your time and patience to help me decide and even made me a product sample so I wouldn’t waste my money in case I didn’t end up liking the product. Again, all of this at closing time. I simply planned to come in and just buy whatever so I wouldn’t be a hassle and you took the time to go above and beyond. Thank you very much!

Unfortunately the customer service ladies that approached us were rude, one had the breathe really bad like halitosis ? and none smiled, more like grins and smirks, one of them had tons of dandruff too. How are you going to represent Ulta smelling and looking like this?? You're dealing with customers face to face, You really need to be more hygienic before going to work, the tongue is part of the mouth fr. Plus both lacked information on the products. Basically told us just go find it yourself or maybe just busy or lazy because they ran off to the corner and stood there. Good Luck at this location! Tip: If your in customer service, you don't need a Bachelor degree to smile, smell good and be nice. True story and this isn't to offend anyone but to only make yourselves and the business better.(I'll be more than happy to update this review once improvements are made, just tell me when to come back.) ?

Jamie was very helpful with helping me find Christmas gifts for my granddaughters! I’m an older lady and wasn’t sure about a lot of the products they put on their lists, but she helped me find it all very quickly. She was also able to check me out so I didn’t have to wait in line!

My 1st bad experience: Was trying to buy the rose inc sunscreen (46$) and had asked a worker to help me find it and barely looked for it and handed me the $80 serum instead (I didn't know until after buying because I was also buying other gifts so the price wasn't that shocking).My 2nd bad experience: When returning this $80 serum, I walked up to the register and asked if I still need to put in my number for a return. The worker GRABBED my sephora bag without even asking which I was a bit confused of why but it was fine then. After returning I went to go get my serum I actually wanted and went back to purchase. I then realized I had left a gift card in the sephora bag that the worker had grabbed. I purchased my serum and the worker looked for the bag, but I was utmost disappointed because of how she grabbed the bag and the gift card is now lost. Lost my money and my patience

I’m not usually one to write reviews, but I was in this store a few weeks ago looking to upgrade my skincare and Jamie was SO helpful! I don’t usually go into Sephora since I feel like the employees are judgy most of the time, but Jamie was so bubbly and friendly! I ended up reworking my entire routine because she helped me figure out my skin type was much drier than I thought. I’ll admit I was skeptical about it at first, but here I am a few weeks later with my skin looking better than it has in years. Next time I need help with skincare I’ll be going back to ask her specifically!

Apparently this location is known for poor customer service. I’m leaving a review because this will be my last time picking up my online order from here. I couldn’t quite put my finger on whether it’s discrimination or simply rude workers who never greet me properly. I’ve gone to the counter for pick ups, nasty service every time. Today I had to chase someone down out of over 8 workers not one greeted me. My items are always paid for and I’m there to just pick them up and go but the process is unpleasant every single time. I spend over 100.00 every time. Doesn’t matter though. Proof pics of todays YSL and fenty pick up. Everytime I leave here I never want to come back. Hopefully more people start to complain. I work for a major corporate office and I deal with complaints all day, I know the process to have this addressed and certainly will.

Meha was SO AWESOME!! I came in looking for bridal makeup and she listened to all my concerns and wants, and shade matched me with several foundations until we found the one we loved (hourglass of course!!) she also helped me find the perfect hourglass set for my skin tone that saved me a lot of money! She pointed me into the direction of an amazing mask by Dermalogica to use as skin prep the day of and I feel so confident and excited! Thank you Meha!!!

I’m really not one to leave bad reviews, but I had to share my experience. My friend, someone who’ve worked for Sephora, for three years as a sale and service leader, took me here for the first time. I’m not a makeup wearer, but she wanted to introduce me to the wonders of makeup. When we arrived, no one greeted us. Which isn’t the issue. We were around the fenty foundation area, color matching for my skin. The first associate walked up to see if we needed anything, and we told her no thank you. We continued to go around, with my friend explaining different brands of makeup and etc, and another associate, very awkwardly walked up to us, asking if we needed anything. And again we told them no, and I would have assumed that they radioed over the headset, that we were checked on and doing good since we were only browsing. One woman in particular, walked up to us three times, as if she was trying to stall us. I asked my friend what was going on because it was becoming very obvious, and she expressed that the associate believed that we were stealing. The only thing I held in my hand was a potential brow gel, and a foundation sample that a associate had given me. As a sales associate myself, it’s quite obvious to tell when someone is stealing, and I’m very much aware of the policy’s. My friend and myself felt extremely uncomfortable. I returned the brow gel to the associate at counter, briefly expressing how I felt and told her not to worry about it. I myself am black and my friend is white. It shouldn’t take my friend telling the beauty advisor that she worked at Sephora for them to leave us alone. I will not be returning to this location, and I warn potential customers this is probably what your going to experience if you decide to visit this store.

My friend and i visited this location recently and was disappointed in the service. As someone who worked for Sephora for 3 Years as a Sales and service leader i would be disappointed in my team if they treated clients the way we were treated at this location.Prior to my recent visit this location has been okay, not great not bad. This was my first time shopping here with my friend who is a person of color. She felt extremely uncomfortable and so did i. The beauty advisors treated us like we were stealing. The one advisor whos name i did not get was very obviously standing next to us staring as we swatched foundations on our hands.Sephora has always been my favorite place and a safe haven but this location has really saddened me. I hope the team can get the training they need so others dont feel as uncomfortable as us.
