Would like to give 0 rating if possible.
Customers are treated likae crap even though made good purchase. didnt have all the sizes all the time, were forced to pick smaller size and when came to return woudlnt take back.
Twice I ordered jackets, they didnt get shipped on time. They write orders on piece of paper and whenever called back they had hard time finding .. the jackets never came on time. Avoid this place.

I have not shopped here for years since the new location.It was totally disappointing the choices of scrubs . They all had an awful fit and shape.The fabric looks so cheap and material lacking in quality. I am glad i have still some good "old "scrubs from the years . With designs like this these scrub companies are going down hill. I have no complain of the employees there they did their job, but the choices are no good . I would not were them if they would be free of charge.

Whenever I shop here I noticed that no one seems to know how to look up your rewards. They have to reach out to management to ask how the rewards can be reviewed. I reviewed my emails and I do not recieve rewards notificaton. Instead my rewards expire. I get the book in the mail with a coupon every now and then but that is it. I will no longer be shopping at this establishment for this reason and will purchase the brand of scrubs I like directly from the brands website or from the scrub warehouses in downtown Dallas.

First things first… what a great experience! Store was clean, neat, and very organized. Variety was sufficient! Shout out to the amazing attendant Christian who went above and beyond to ensure that I got exactly what I wanted! Stock wasnt available and bless his heart he called every store available to see if they could find the product. Absolutely top tier!!! I mean the attention to detail was mind blowing and didnt make me feel like he was just trying to make a sale! Amy was incredible and they are a dynamic duo who delivered superb customer service! They made me feel like i was the only customer and such a judgement free zone! Seriously this was an incredible experience. This has become my only scrub store choice because they really go scrubs and beyond :)

I wanted some specific scrubs in a TS size. Unfortunately, they didn’t have any in stock at the Frisco location. However, Amy and Ryan were both super sweet and helpful. They got a few pairs located and ordered for me! Very good service from both ladies!

I could tell that the only two employees there were super busy. They STILL gave great help, were very kind and had a smile on their face. I commend them! I always have a good experience at this store.
