The spa was very neat and clean and the operators were friendly and welcoming. They were steady busy and were able to keep up with their service to everyone. I would come back and I recommend them to others

I will never go anywhere else to get my nails done. Not only do they always do a fantastic job, but their customer service is the absolute best in the nail salon business! I only had to go once or twice before they knew me personally and literally pick up the phone and say, "Hi Megan!" The atmosphere is very luxurious and relaxing, and they are able to provide plenty of space between parties. They always offer a free beverage (water, sodas, wine) and never rush through a pedicure.

Luxury color! My color and cut are SO amazing. I love the salon and Sassy is the best stylist! I’ve been going to her for over 12 years and won’t let anyone else touch my hair! She does the most amazing extensions and It blends so well. Anyone looking for a new stylist or NBR extensions should go see her!!!!

Extremely unprofessional and poor quality of service. The first time i went there , the girl peeled my skin off from both my hands while removing cuticles and laughed at me saying it’s just an accident, when she saw it bleeding. And next time i went complained and asked them to do it better they made me wait for an hour. This last time i went made sure i have an appointment but still it took them 2 hours to only finisg my pedicure while they kept taking new customers making me sit and just wait. I would never recommend this business.

Very nice salon and staff was extremely friendly and attentive. After couple years my nail tech moved and finding someone new has been not so pleasant or have I been at all happy. Son invited me to his salon... Said he has the perfect guy for me. Awesome w acrylic (I do not like next gin or Dippin). I have a job in the auto parts industry my nails need to be strong and ofcourse beautiful.
So I took Son up on his invite and he introduxed me to Tim. Tim was very nice.. Had some good ideas and yes he did an amazing job!
Thank you Son!! Tim thank you also... I see you in a couple weeks. You guys jus made a new very satisfied client ?

I have to say I have used the same nail tech for the last couple yes. He moved so finding someone else has been challenging. Son invited me to his salon asking hearing my wants and needs. I came and with out a doubt Tim did an amazing job!!! Thank you Son for invite and Tim you have a new client! Thank you Palace Nail and Spa.

I had a great first experience! Lucy transformed my nails into beautiful works of art. The vibe is relaxed, calm and upscale. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I did my research before choosing. I don't hop around. I am looking forward to calling Palace Nails my go to place for nails!
