Walked in on a Friday afternoon with my daughter and there was one other mother in the store shopping for dance shoes with her child. The clerk helping her greeted me kindly as she brought out a pair of shoes from the back, however she spent the next 5 minutes chatting with the other customer and didn’t try to find out what we needed or grab shoes for us to try on while the other customer was trying on. Then someone new walked in and a second clerk appeared from the back to see what they needed but never acknowledged us, and the clerk who knew we’d been waiting didn’t call for her or let her know we’d be waiting a while. We left with nothing. This may have been a singular incident, but for our first impression it was not good.

Staff are extremely helpful. Cadence has helped me find exactly what I need every time I’ve shopped here-be it the right skirt to create a flattering line, canvas shoes, or pointe shoes, she has a lot of knowledge and patience. This is the place to go!

Sandy’s is amazing! They take the time to find the right shoe for my daughter and are very knowledgeable! We drove three hours fromLouisiana for the appointment and it was the best experience.

I didn't get the name of the woman who helped us but she was great. This is our first time in dance so I walked in with a dear in headlights look. If she hadn't been so helpful I probably would have walked out overwhelmed. Great service we will definitely be back.

Absolutely horrible customer service… I’m currently standing inside the store now and I’ve been standing here at the front desk for almost 8 minutes and counting…. No one has even mumbled a work to me or anything. I’ve made eye contact with a worker 3 times and no “I’m sorry I’ll be right with you…” nothing. - a minute after typing that the girl(brown and pink hair )finally acknowledged me and asked how she could help and then tolddifferent girl to help (blonde). Now the Blonde girl was extremely nice. I just don’t think it’s acceptable to have someone wait that entire time with no greeting and then not even apologize for the wait. Please note I’m not upset about having to wait it’s more about not being greeted at all for almost 10 minutes …. Very unprofessional.

Went to the store today - First time I've been there. There were 3 associates standing at the front counter when we walked in. I HAD TO GREET THEM. I got a mumbled "Hi" in return. They asked if we needed help and I said we were just browsing for now. When we decided on leotards, I asked about sizing for my daughter as she is in really tall but skinny. The lady continued to stand at the counter and said to just try on until we found a size that worked. Other store I have been to they measure to determine the size, of they will grab two sizes and ask my daughter to try them on to determine the size. Then when I was rummaging through the leotards trying to find the sizes the 3 girls just stood there -yaking, no offer to help! When we came out the change room they still just stood there - no offer to help put the leotards away, or did we find what we were looking, or could they take what we wanted and put it at the front desk or anything. It was as if we were not even in the store! My daughter and I were the ONLY customer in the store! My daughter tried on a few leotards and settled on 6 she liked, a wrap skirt and 2 pairs of tights. 3 of the leotards were the wrong size so I asked if they had any stock in the back as I couldn't see the sizes on the rack. Again no one even checked to see if maybe I missed it and there was a size on the rack. One of the girls said NO but if I "really wanted" it she could call the anther store. Would I have asked if I REALLY WANTED IT! By that stage I was over it and told her not to bother, I paid for 3 of the leotards, 2 pairs of stocking, a foot massager and wrap skirt and left! I was not a cheap sale and would have spent more if the staff actually helped me. TO THE OWNER - You don't need 3 girls doing nothing, being of no help! Get staff that are customer focused and actually want to work! You also need to train your staff in loss prevention! I would not be surprised if you had shrinkage as no one checked how many leotards were going into the change room or coming out or what we were taking in with usI We had 13 leotard in the change room with us, none with security tags.

My daughter has to have a certain type of clip on earrings that Sandy's sells. She had gone thru 2 pairs in 1 month in which the backing of the earrings fell off. I bought 2 more pairs of the same earrings and wanted to inform the ladies that this had occurred twice, perhaps its a manufacture issue.. the girls at the front desk were dismissive and really uninterested in my problem. Never has occurred before eh dont care.:(
