The 1 star is for the ability to post. I definitely DO NOT recommend this store. Messy and trashy store. Very unprofessional staff. Management and daytime security lady was very UNPROFESSIONAL! Hard to believe the store is being ran in such a horrible way. I will drive elsewhere or do without before going back to this Ross!!!

I had a great experience with this store. Diane was super helpful with some discounted suitcases we purchased and had issues with. I really was happy to get amazing service!

Today we experience an awful event at the fitting rooms. Today is April 9 and the lady that was in the afternoon shift at the fitting rooms was rudest person with my family. My two grandmothers came to visiting us and they don't speak English, they didn't understand something that the lady working there was saying and push one of my grandmothers. I can't believe there are people out there treating seniors like this. So please assume some of the employees are rude or racist or whatever if you want to go that Ross.

As usual that u can get very good deals there, but beware in Nov & Dec that are very crowded, esp suddenly cold weather. It is good.

Ross is a crappy little place, with messy isles, great prices, but you do sometimes end up with leftovers. It takes a certain mentality to shop here, so as long as you set your standards really low, and quickly pass stinky people and crying kids be prepared to save money. But seriously I find something every time, but it's a mess.
