Sorry i must remove MY ORIGINAL reveiwBEWARE IF YOU GET A ROOMS TO GO CREDIT CARD'YES PURCHASING ITEMS ARE COOL' JUST KNOW ONCE YOU PAY OFF YOUR BILL AND DON'T BUY SOMETHING ELSE R 2 GO WILL CANCEL YOUR CARD WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE'. AND THEN PUT ON YOUR CREDIT REPORT CARD CANCEL BY THEM MAKING IT LOOK LIKE YOU DIDN'T PAY YOUR BILL.....AFTER MY PURCHASE I PAID IT OFF BEFORE TIME AND THEY STILL CANCEL MY CARD PLEASE GO ELESWHERE DON'T TRUST ROOMS TO GO YOUR CREDIT IS WORTH MORE!!This part of my review is for the saleman onlyOmg Enyonam Kofi was a wonderful salesman, he worked everything out, and I was able to purchase my sofa with ease, using my Rooms to go credit card, I will definitely be returning to make another purchase very soon, looking forward to working with Kofi and his manager again!! Thank you Kofi!!?

I cannot express how happy Iam with EVERYTHING from Matthew taking the time to show me the difference in Matresses to helping me find a bedroom Suite that wouldn’t take two months to get!I also bought a beautiful couch as well…I was to also thank Jeremiah for EVERYTHING from helping me with my Couch Delivery to helping with my purchase on my bed as well…. He said “ I was his best “customer” in Just a few weeks time which made me feel good. I will be back to buy another mattress from u guys in the next week or so. Ty for hiring people that honestly want to help and not only make your experience good but they care about how comfortable you will feel on their furniture…That should be your “Slogan” for one of your commercials!! ❤️?Respectfully Joann Gouge’

Delivery took nearly two weeks, and half the items were still missing. I had to badger customer service every single day to get anything sorted out. Never buying from them again!Edit- P.s I was promised delivery within 6 days of purchase and got it delivered a week late than promised date. Secondly, after asking them for my missing delivery, I got a reply saying it’s gonna take another 16 days.

If you’re in the market for furniture please go see Dori at Rooms To Go in Frisco. She’s knowledgeable, customer service focused, and patient. - We were shopping for our first set of new furniture in our 25 years together and my husband and I were absolutely thrilled to work with Dori. We had an idea of what we wanted but needed some guidance. She showed us *everything* we asked to see and in the end we bought the living room set of our dreams. - I cannot say it enough. GO SEE DORI! You won’t regret it. - 100% recommend.

We had a great experience at this location. The Showroom was laid out for easy navigation, and the atmosphere inside felt calm and relax. Raj was great to work with, as he was able to show us a solution that fit our needs immediately after we described what we were looking for.

This was our first time going to Rooms to Go and was immediately greeted by salesperson Katie and she was so helpful and patient with us! She went above and beyond. Explained everything in detail and even suggested items I fell in love with! She was awesome! I haven’t received my furniture yet but overall very pleased with my experience! Excited for new living room set!

NOT EVEN WORTH 1 STAR!DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ROOMS TO GO THEY ARE NO HELP!I purchased a mattress for delivery on 4/18/24 and delivery guys stood the mattress on the wall. “Apparently with this mattress they should NOT store this way!” When looking at the mattress I could see the foam falling to the ground thinking well maybe it will fall back into place once on the bed. NOPE not the case! I called on 4/21/24 to get a replacement or to get someone to check it out and they said I have to use this mattress for thirty days! Basically sleeping on the floor would be more comfortable and better for my back than air and being suffocated by the mattress on every angle of it. I am seriously sinking through this mattress and the best they can do is to say we will have someone come inspect the mattress in a week so we can “possibly” exchange it that’s if the mattress is defective. If we exchange it you have to try the mattress for thirty days before paying a $160 fee to exchange for an entire mattress and pay the difference. Seriously this is RIDICULOUS AND INSANE! If this were a couch I could completely understand but I don’t even want to go to sleep because I don’t have a working mattress to sleep on and it affecting my work and lively hood. Stress level is already high with moving and buying new furniture. After speaking to multiple people the manager and the supervisor of “customer care” Rooms to go obviously does NOT care about their clients. I never write reviews but I have no other choice.
